Location and historic significance of the property.

The room we had was without any windows only a single skylight. The room was also quite small.

Location was perfect. Close to action and some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes within 2 mins walk. Room was large. Shower was excellent

Room was uncomfortably hot. No air conditioning as advertised. Had to sleep with windows open that then resulted in mosquito bites

Very quiet hotel. Very clean and modern bathroom. Good location, convenient to Accademia, restaurants, shops, airport water bus.

Breakfast was okay but not super.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were so kind and super helpful

Everything was amazing

The room and staff were very nice. We were out as much as possible during the day and when we returned at the most random hours there was always a friendly person at the reception to return our keys quickly. The room itself was simple but had everything we needed.

Some of the storage shelves were hanging loose, a bit of maintenance on the small things couldn't hurt.

Location, restaurants around the corner, close to port, easy to catch a water taxi to the airport

Quiet, comfortable rooms in a nice neighborhood. Good facilities, and enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was very friendly, helpful answering our various questions. Food in the nearby piazzas was quite good. Also enjoyed the 3rd floor lounge - bright and airy - when checking on local restaurants and directions to meeting places. Really cool hotel.

We notified the hotel multiple times that we needed to cancel the first night because our flight was canceled and we were forced to arrive a day late. They refused to credit us for the night we couldn’t be there. This is not a good policy.

Breakfast was not very good. The hotel has no elevator beyond the 2nd floor and we were on the 3rd floor so had to lug our luggage up several flights of stairs. The bathroom situation was not good. Had to duck under slanted ceiling to get in shower while stepping over a high tub with nothing to hold on to. Water sprays on floor making exiting the shower more difficult than getting in.

Beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood away from all the crowds. Comfortable bed and showers.

The pillows were quite small and difficult to sleep on.

Beautiful Hotel, beautiful rooms, nice location, friendly, very accomodating staff available 24 hours.

We had to switch rooms because my husband and I were unable to stand up in the bathtub due to the very low ceilings and beams in the 3 rd floor room and a separate shower was not provided. However ,The staff was very understanding and got us another beautiful room the next day, even moving our suitcases for us while we explored Venice.

The breakfast was good. Location was decent, the city is very small and walkable.

The rooms were clean and the staff was super helpful! I loved the location. It was away from the busiest part of Venice. We saw fruit boats and fish markets and there were plenty of authentic caffes and restaurants nearby. We did not get the breakfast so I can't give it a thumbs up or down! The mini bar was prices amazingly with everything being between $2-10. Waters and cokes were $2-3 and wines were more.

Room was modest but large enough for us (2 adults, 1 15 yr old). Staff was great. Answered our questions, and were helpful in making arrangements to get to the airport.

A charming hotel with highly attentive staff. We had a few questions about water taxis and directions and the front desk is always staffed and responsive. On a quiet canal but near to everything. The room was well-appointed. Good quality linens. Nice bathroom. A nice coffee/tea set in the room. Minibar available. We did purchase the breakfast and it was an extensive array of good fresh food. Treat yourself!

I booked this hotel last minute because my original booking canceled on me for no reason and without warning. It can be difficult to get a good hotel for a decent price in Venice that is close to the main plaza. This hotel not only came in handy, but also exceeded.mh expectations. It was beautiful and comfortable. Only 17 minutes from San Marcos piazza and had some wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet and the view was nice. We chose not to have breakfast included and found that, with so many wonderful cafes to try nearby, this was the better option for us.

Location. Everything is a 15 to 20 walk. Learn to ride the water buses and it’s even shorter.

Bathroom was very small. Tub/shower combo was very difficult for my short wife, 5’2”, to get in and out of.

Lovely family room in a quaint old rambling building. We really loved this little hotel. Would definitely use it again if I ever go back.

We didn’t eat here so I can’t comment on the breakfast.
