No AC working the staff change my room then the other room in a different hotel was with a proper view

El hotel deben cerrarlo. Es atendido por el personal del hotel que está al lado. Por lo tanto al entrar al hotel Airone es como entrar a un lugar solitario y abandonado. Fue una experiencia desagradable. No lo recomiendo. Deben remodelarlo primero.

It was cold and there was no heating and it was nosy from the next rooms you can hear everything

The room was clean, the location is great right next to the Grand Canal, only the rooms are old, the bed was not very comfortable, the staff was very polite and helpful, I left my luggage and they took care of it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive about this property except the location.

Bed bugs, robbery, blackmail by staff Avoid this place like a plague. On the first night we were woken up to bedbug bites. The man who worked at the reception desk was not able to solve the problem on his own. After the long wait in the middle of the night, we were transferred to a room only a few feet away from the first one. Of course, this room was infested by bedbugs as well because once they are inside a property, they are everywhere. In the morning we demanded a new room and refused to stay in that building.They moved us to a room in their hotel next door but that didn’t help much as our holiday had already been ruined. Now all we were thinking about were bed bugs and if we would take them home with us. When we addressed them about the refund for the previous night, again, the reception desk was incapable of doing anything. Every single guest we encountered there had some kind of a problem they had to solve. Another red flag. We had to wait for the manager who showed up later that day. The man who claimed to be a manager was dressed as if he had just come off the street, very unprofessional attire and attitude. It was obvious that he was used to these kinds of situations. He showed no regret, no apologies were made. He had a speech for us already prepared, it was sad to watch him. And he was so shameless that he insinuated that we were the ones who brought the bedbugs. We could not believe our ears and eyes.We demanded our money back for the first night due to bed bugs, which we were entitled to, but the “manager” blackmailed us. He gave us a ridiculous hand written statement saying that he would make a refund only if we didn’t leave a bad review and mention bedbugs and everything else.On top of everything, they stole our money. They never refunded the money for our friend's room that was cancelled long before our arrival. This place is so run down that the only way they can make money is this way – by lying, cheating and blackmailing.

I had a room with Canal View. It was absolutely amazing! Thanks again for this experience. The bathroom and bed sheds were very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really nice. It is very close to the bus station of Venice. Supermarket, fast food and restaurants/ pubs, everything close by.

The interior needs a wall painting and a new wardrobe.

Location. Bed was OK. Nothing else.

The A/C, TV and bathroom ceiling fan did not work. We informed the staff. A half-hearted attempt was made to get the TV going, but they gave up. No tea/coffee/kettle provided. I've not seen that before.

The location is great and it is very easy for you to reach the centre of the station as well as the train station. Unfortunately, apart from this, there is nothing else positive I can mention.

In order to keep it short and constructive I will make some chronological observations:- arriving at the hotel was easy from the station nevertheless the key and check in information were available at a different hotel (2 minutes away) - it would have been great if this information would have been available in advance rather than staying to figure it out at the moment- when arriving at the check in desk, there were two ladies that did not even acknowledge us when coming in and when I actually inquired about some information they were speaking in Italian (assuming we do not understand) trying to convince each other who needs to deal with us (giving us the key, getting the details from our IDs, etc)- arriving in the room was a bit disappointing, the air was very filthy and dusty, the wardrobe was broken, a lot of spiders and spider webs on the ceiling, while in the bathroom were opened soap and shampoo packages- the hotel itself was giving the impression that nobody was looking after it and it looked messy, with a lot of things stored around- for the rooms that have a common bathroom would have been great if the guests were informed that decency was still required on their way from the rooms to the bathrooms as some of them were walking around in panties or with a towel around them that was not even used properly covering what was meant to cover....- during the night (23.00 onwards was a lot of noise from the other rooms going until 1/2 am) that really disturbed our sleeping time.

The location was absolutely great as its directly on the grand canal and easy access to waterbus stations. The room was comfortable to stay.

Wonderful location! Just 7m away from the river side.Room cleaning was carried out. Towel & shower gel were replenished.The hotel changed our room after we complained about problems on the door keys & burnt out lamp.Thanks so much to the hotel team.

No lift.... We have to carry our heavy luggage to our room and during room check out.

I made the check out 1 hour later and they charged me 20€ at the end when this policy is not mentioned at all on their website nor in the description of the hotel or even calling me and asking me to eliberate the room before charging me those money.They forgot their rooms are full of mosquitos and even not able to open the windows because of this. Totally unprofessional people!

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Good size bed.

The shower was pretty bad, mouldy folding door and shower head leaked.

Location was easy to find, staff very helpful before arrival and courteous

Appreciative of everything but a mirror would have betuseful in the ensuite
