Ample space in the room. The location was also perfect. The A/C was incredibly useful.

I wish the bathroom sinks had more counter space. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice, if I am being picky.

Located just beside St Marks Square, quiet and secure, great breakfast, helpful staff.

Location was great. A few short steps and you're by the boat docks and in the center of things in Venice. The Front Desk staff were awesome! They were all very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and made our stay a wonderful experience

The server lady was extremely rude and one can definitely feel (and see) how much she resents being there. She simply was unhappy with her job. She made faces for everyone to see when asked about something. Someone needs to help her find another job.

The location was wonderful and the apartments were spacious.

The morning staff, particularly the woman with white curly hair, could have been a lot more friendly.

Construction noise to early and noise from the room above till after midnight every day.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

I had mistakenly booked the following night and tried to cancel with 30 hours notice but was denied.

I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to the garden level apartment. Very spacious, two full bathrooms, kitchenette, living room and all with it's own entrance at ground level. I wished I could have stayed longer.

When we reached hotel around noon on a hot summer day, the front desk staff - David made our check-in experience so wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel just for David, he is such a wonderful person who goes beyond your expectations in making sure the guest feel comfortable. He is such a passionate person to take care of visitors. The hotel location is great, walkable to/from boat stop, close to several attractions, plenty of food options. Overall we had a great stay. We highly recommend.

Some bugs in living room, and other places. I guess they are expected to warmer weathers.

I really liked the location, it was a minute walk to everything. It is very quiet and cozy for sleeping.

Actually a private room with its own entrance located on a small square next to the hotel near both Piazza San Marcos and San Zacarias. Great location.

Automatic Door lock was a mystery. They eventually gave us a physical key.

The hotel was modern and tastefully furnished. Close to St Mark's Square, it is in a great location. Room was quiet and clean. Loved the modern bathroom. Appreciated email support from hotel staff before my arrival.

I found the staff friendly and helpful but I was disappointed that the front desk was not staffed on a full-time basis. If you are paying hotel rates, I think staff should be there to support guests all the time.

The people working at the hotel were excellent. Courteous, friendly and always willing to help.
