- The room was lovely, room service attendants were amazing and very nice.
- The staff was amazing as were the views and hotel room. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
Cons -
- The servers at the bar and restaurant were not friendly what so ever. It would have been nice to eat dinner at the hotel but every encounter with the restaurant and bar staff was not friendly we choose not to eat there.
- Front desk was very unwelcoming on arrival and check out. They were very aggressive with taking out bags. Room was fell well short of expectations. Beds had to be moved around to accommodate 3 guests that we had requested prior so it was not set up.
- We had to wait for an hour for the room to be ready at the time of checkin, inspite of an upgrade the Room¿s Airconditioner was really bad, had a bad sleep

Nice that it's on the water but on the complete opposite side of the city from the train station. Water taxis are non existent and so we had to walk 40 minutes to the hotel from the train station at 11:00PM at night.

Location is amazing, ease of access to Gandolas and water taxis

The location is incomparable, truly the best in Venice. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The front desk staff were polite and very professional. The room and ensuite were stunningly decorated. The breakfast buffet was very good.
The bar/restaurant staff were consistently rude. The bed in our room was rock hard, such that I got no sleep during my stay. The ensuite would benefit from a few hooks and a closing shower door, so that water doesn't get out and onto the floor.
If you take the vaparetto into town, you'll see the hotel right from the dock, which made arrival and departure very easy. And having breakfast on the patio overlooking the canal was a wonderful way to start the day.
Location was amazing. Close to all the high end luxury stores. Close to many resturants. Loved the bathroom. It was amazing being able to take a hot bath after a long day of walking.
Staff was helpful if you asked them questions, but weren't very friendly/welcoming. They don't greet you when you come and go.
The view from the restaurant patio was amazing, the service was top notch as well. You really felt like the staff would meet your every need. The breakfast buffet had everything you would want and everything you want to try.
The rooms are a little tight and the bathroom shower tub was a bit slippery.
The location is perfect! Staff are friendly and efficient. Concierge book our transportation to and from the hotel. The view is unbelievable! Staff were polite and readily available for us. We love this hotel! I wish we could have stayed longer!
None! All is perfect!
Location and staff
The restaurant! Food terrible. Very very expensive. 38 euros for a tasteless soup
The location was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was also immaculate and the room was gorgeous.
The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very flat. It was virtually impossible to sleep on. I could literally feel the springs in the bed, it was rock hard.
Location, room, and lobby area
The staff. Very unfriendly
Service was incredible. They escorted us to our room on arrival. They cleaned our room multiple times a day. When we took a nap and left for dinner, they came back to make up our bed. They even provided us with chocolate!
We were on the top floor and there was no A/C and really spotty wifi. To cool down the room we had to open the window but then a bunch of mosquitoes came in. The wifi kept disconnecting constantly which made it really annoying to stream anything.
The location was great and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.
The rooms were a little small but big enough for a few days. If you come before summer officially arrives, air conditioning is not available and the room can get warm even with the windows open.
Location was perfect so convenient to St Marks Square and the Ferry through the canals and the airport!
Beds were hard and we could not control room temperature so it was very hot at night
The style of the rooms really goes well with the building and the history of it, they feel classy as well.
The restaurant is for fine dining which is good, but wish they have an option for normal dishes.
Room and location
Limited dinner menu
Location but even when we were eating breakfast there was trash out scheduled right on the side so we had to watch the trash getting out by boats and that was not good experience
Although we were staying in hotel and we paid fortune for this place we were rejected by restaurant staff inside the hotel to have dinner because it was reserved for event . We specifically reserved this hotel to Enjoy the view while we are having dinner
