Shower tub might be inconvenient for seniors/older or handicap people. Breakfast buffet MUST have VEGAN options. Like healthy bread, nut milk, vegan butter, more vegan choices.

Nice Quite location not too far from ghetto, friendly service and helpful with tourist info.

The room was large and the staff was friendly

The hotel is not in a convenient location at all. It was a very long walk away from any of the stops on the public water taxi. Our A/C didn't work. The room looked dirty and the shower was terrible. The beds were so uncomfortable.

Hours after booking we had to change plans not to visit Venice, upon doing so I contacted various folks to try to cancel the booking. The hotel was very strict on this and would only allow moving dates, not cancel even after booking for only 4 hours.

Being able to control the rooms temperature. The bedroom area was very hot and there wasn't a way to cool it down.

The rooms are extremely dated. It is common for Venice. The showers are very small and difficult to use.

Good location if you want to get away from the craziness of the touristy areas and don't mind an extra 20 or 30 min of walking. Staff was very nice and room was clean and probably bigger than you can get for the same price close to the San Marco Basilica

I did not like the front desk service, the overall no good I will not go to that hotel if it was the last place to stay so awful, If I can give it a fat O . Think about it?

Stunning

The room was nice. The added loft was fun. Room was clean and as pictured online. It was raining when we checked in, front desk staff offered us towels so we could dry off. They held our luggage on the day of our departure so we could enjoy the city without having to deal with all the luggage.

The shower would not drain and kept overflowing into the main part of the bathroom. We didn't have enough towels for our party of 5 so we asked at the front desk. They were hesitant to give us extra towels and went so far as to show me a picture of the towels that had been left by housekeeping when the room had been initially cleaned in preparation for our arrival. I have never had to beg for towels at a hotel before. The location was nice, but farther than we had expected from the downtown area. A nice, easy walk though. About 20 minute walk to the train station.

Only downside is it was very dimly lit. But other than that it was perfect

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and spacious. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors, I’m sure they could hear us too. Something to keep in mind. It’s walking distance to a grocery store, & restaurants. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone with different tastes. Overall we loved this hotel! We would definitely stay again.

Not much light in the room. It needs more lamps, especially on the top floor. The ad on booking stated they had a futon, the hotel does not. We came in thinking our kids would all have separate beds. The pull out couch was big enough for our two daughters, so it worked out but that needs to be removed from the listing.

I had an issue with the room with a beam in the room, however I must say that they promptly accepted the issue and also gave me a discount which was a very reasonable resolution.

Very beautiful place. Very friendly staff and breakfast was delicious! A little pricey but very good. We will be back soon.

The place is very clean. A little far from the palace but the walking view is worth walking

We loved the location, quiet from the busiest areas, but short walk. Great street with restaurants and bars near by.

Excellent hotel and staff, we had a problem with our room and were quickly moved to another for our second night
