- The staff was very pleasant and the room comfortable.

- The location was not where we expected. Quite a walk since it was across the canal from St. Marks Square. No in room coffee and no heating available since they had already shifted the system to accommodate the warm weather. It was chilly and rainy.
- The only thing was that the toilet was in a corner and very hard to use in such a tight spot.
- No access to ice. Dining area for breakfast was tight and food offered was okay.

Location, easy access to everything, but in a quiet area. Walking distance to great restaurants and sites. Updated room.

This is a charming hotel in a quiet part of Venice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor of the room was very unique and although it was quite small, there was a nice common area outside the room that we were able to take advantage of.
The breakfast was not very good at all. There was a very strange odor in the hallway.
Lovely room and public spaces, very secure, quiet, great breakfast!
Limited hours for breakfast (didn't start til 8), staff rather standoffish.
