- Reaction times of the staff can improve. But not bad overall 8/10 still.

- The location is slightly out of the way but if you’re fond of walking that shouldn’t be a problem. Breakfast is not included; it can be bought à la carte in its excellent restaurant but ends up being a bit pricey if you want the variety of things you would find in a buffet.

Our fantastic stay began after walking through rain and cold, only to be warmly welcomed by the charming and friendly reception staff. Their service was truly inviting, and after introducing us to the hotel and its amenities, they escorted us to our magical room. The room was beautifully designed in a unique Venetian style that perfectly matched the charm of the town, making the experience even more memorable. Breakfast was freshly prepared every day using high-quality ingredients, which we really appreciated.Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but we could clearly see the care and effort the staff and chef put into preparing everything during the day, and we are sure it would have exceeded expectations. The location was exactly what we were looking for to truly experience Venice—close to everything, yet away from the busy, overly touristic areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this magical hotel and would happily return.
Perfect location, spacious rooms, very nice staff
Loved the design, location and friendly staff
Location, decor, staff, food.
A beautiful hotel with an excellent, accommodating staff (I had inadvertently dropped a 50€ note at reception when checking out and the staff immediately returned it to me when I went back to pick up my suitcase). My single room was very comfortable and the shower was great. The room even has coffee and tea making facilities. The restaurant and cocktail lounge are very nice as well.

The location is perfect, just away from the touristic madness but also close enough to walk everywhere. Beautiful view, wonderful seating outside.
It would be good to upgrade the pillows and bedding to a more luxury, palazzo standard.
The location was great and the staff were friendly, helpful and always cheerful.
Rooms are tight and shower isn’t ideal as the water comes out and then there’s water around the bathroom.
Great location, beautiful rooms
Breakfast service could have done with more staff as often didn’t receive order
The designThe location is great, away from the hoards of touristsThe breakfast is delicious Staff were pretty helpful
The potent sewage smell in the room at night that woke us upThe exorbitant price The room view facing a wallThe large shower head didn't workThe restaurant team on Sundays are understaffed and overwhelmed. We are hotel guests and waited 30 mins for someone to take our breakfast order
Fabulous position and the garden courtyard was lovely.
Not in the crowded centre but on the fringe. Being right on that West edge of the main isle
The property is in a quieter area but easy to walk to Ponte dell Accademia. Beautiful boutique hotel with a beautiful garden. The restaurant was fantastic. Food was really good! The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. The reception team went above and beyond in helping when my travel companion had to go to hospital.
The rooms were very small but beautifully decorated.
Great location by the water but away from the hustle of the city, still only a 15 minute walk to get to the main part. Beautifully curated, just visually stunning.
Rooms were a bit small, as international travellers it was hard to open our suitcase.
Fun art deco modern design. Clean, well thought out design. Great staff - friendly & helpful.
Although easy to access from airport and roads, the location of the hotel is on the edge of Venice. Almost everywhere we wanted to go was about a 30 mins walk - a little tough when it’s 35+ out
Beautiful interiors, very stylish and great cocktails at fair price - really cool
Just the pillows - please get better pillows - it was like a flat rock!
The hotel was fantastic—our suite was truly exceptional, beautifully decorated with a playful and unique touch. The communal areas were equally charming, warm, and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they went out of their way to help, even providing me with a brush when I needed one. Their hospitality made the stay feel extra special.
We liked everything about the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay here. The building is gorgeous and the desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, though we speak next to no Italian. It was not particularly close to the Rialto or San Marco but we preferred it that way. There are a few excellent bacaros behind the hotel and so many beautiful canals to explore. Highly recommend.
The service and design were excellent. Also, all my needs were anticipated like water bottle and replenishing water and towels …
The light switches were difficult to control and not very intuitive but very small thing … also my tub/shower was a little awkward with glass doors and oversized shower head.
