Ca' Pisani Hotel

The personal attention to help us see what we wanted in Venice, get us to excellent restaurants, and get us on the fastest water taxi to the train station.

Getting to the upstairs loft to sleep was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent staff, and a great bathroom!

It was odd having a two story hotel room.

This hotel is a gem. Our room was very large and had two full bathrooms! Breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around. And only minutes walk to sights. 14 min walk to St Marks. They also have a free private boat ride to the glass factory in Murano. From there super easy yo take the public waters to burano.

Excellent breakfast. Room very nice great location not in the middle of the tourist area but close to restaurants and easy walking everywhere. Vaporetto stop easy to find

Confusing light switchs in the room including opening/closing window shades.

Could use some towel hooks in bathroom and a modern hairdryer that does not require you to hold the button down to work.

Great location, great staff (very friendly and helpful) and great comfort. Best comfort in the room to sleep well (pitch black, comfortable bed and pillows, no noise$

The hotel was well located and beautifully designed.

1)The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower stall in our room (11)was so tight with a curtain enclosure. Water splashing everywhere rendering the whole bathroom floor wet. 2) the front desk man was not sympathetic and not courteous at all with my sister who couldn’t leave the room because of an accident. Insisted she leave the room to have it cleaned.

The hotel is a great location, perfect central without crowds a tourists at the doorstep. The design is timeless, art deco, and funky, true eye for details and the extremely professional staff have well trained and rehearsed systems in place that ensure great service.

Our room had a strange creaking sound that we couldn’t solve, that’s about it.

Perfect location in a quieter part of Venice but within walking distance to all of the more populated areas. Wish we would have stayed longer! Our room was so lovely!

The hotel is uniquely decorated. Each floor has a slightly different theme. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great choice of breakfast. Everything was lovely. Good coffee. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient location. We got the water shuttle from the airport to Zattere stop and the hotel was a short walk from there. (5 minutes)

Good location. Comfy room. Amazing bathroom although the water went cold on me this morning. Great black out blinds.

Bedroom next to a lift shaft. R27 woke us up v early every morning. Useless tv.. Italian only.

This was our third visit to this hotel. Great location, the staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations and directions etc. Good selection at breakfast, comfortable room.

Our room on the mezzanine level was sumptuous and quiet. The location is excellent for getting away from the crowds but with easy, quick access to e.g. San Marco square via the Ponte dell'Accademia. The staff were exemplary! A lift gives easy access to all floors and the roof terrace.
