The character of the accomodation. The location was convenient. Our stay could not have been better.

Spacious and pretty!

The building is beautiful and full of charm. The location and the view of the canal were great; 15 mins walk to the parking. The apartment was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this place again on our next visit to Venice.

What an experience to stay in this 15th century palace. It is beautifully kept and such a treasure. The host was so welcoming and kind. All the rooms were well thought out and very comfortable. My two girls greatly enjoyed the giant bathtub. Located not far a walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely palazzo! Nice layout, good bed, good shower. Great location and calm and quiet neighborhood. We loved coming home to this area after the craziness of the more touristy areas. The host was very kind and helpful.

The only thing we encountered, which is likely due to the climate of Venice, were some mosquitoes inside the apartment... and they got a little friendly at night when we were trying to sleep. Probably easy to fix.

Very beautiful apartment in Venice, perfectly located near both the train station and bus stop, and within walking distance to all the main sights. The interior is charming and gives a genuine cultural feel, like stepping back into old European times, we absolutely loved it.

Like many places in Venice, there’s no air conditioning, so it can get a little hot inside, and with the mosquitoes around it was a bit tricky, but still manageable.

We had trouble keeping the shower from leaking into the floor.

It was spacious and had a lot of midieval charm. The manager, Michele, was initially nice and welcoming.

The manager, Michele, accused us of bedwetting one of his sofas & is charging us extra for that. But we did not have any way to prove him wrong as we were already in Florence by the time he told us.We feel we were scammed!

Everything Michele was an amazing host. He allow us to leave our luggage at arrival and after check out, which gave us more time to enjoy Venice He upgraded our unit Location with kids is great. Perfect family spot. We where wife myself and 3 kids 11, 9 and 7 years old

Easy check-in and good communication. Safe and convenient while somehow also being a stunningly beautiful property. Looks better even than the pictures! My son (6) was in love with it. Was thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. 100% would stay here again!

The only thing was that the bathtub did not work. Or we could not figure out how to get hot water. But there was also a shower thankfully!

great, very spacious. the suite had multiple rooms, and the two bathrooms came in very handy.the location was very good for arriving to Venice (only 2 bridges to cross); also close to most of the sites to visit, and to the good places to eat at

disappointed by the water pressure and the hot water only came on after some time (when it did). fixed very soon after we reported it.

Unwillingly, we booked another room because we had 4 adults and 2 children. Booking.com or even Michele should consider for any family who ever book the apartment, you guys should consider to allow to stay together. You should not separate the family. I hope you will think next time when you accepting the booking. Unnecessary I had to book another room for 2 people, which was almost unused.

The apartment was wonderful, and Michele was a great host. The location was convenient to everything, including the train station.

Internet was spotty and had to wait for hot water with a family of 4. The apartment was great otherwise.

Shower issues, hot water issues, air condition issues, appliances not available as advertised. Management was not helpful in resolving most problems.

The location is fine, and facility is ok

The staff did not keep promise, and did not answer. Beside that, it is a nice stay.

It was very near to the Bus Station (5 minutes walking distance) which was good, as no vehicles are allowed in the city. We have not seen/met anyone related to the apartment including our host during our stay, but there was a booklet left for us explaining anything needed. Upon reporting a problem about the shower heads, the host sent someone to fix it immediately.

It was an old building and there was a renovation on-going outside the building which created noise. The residence apartments and the hotel were in the same building, separated but the room for the cleaning services of the Hotel was on the opposite side of our room and it was noisy every morning and very early! Another misfortune was related to the shower heads. Though the bigger/fixed one was fixed immediately by the host, the other smaller one (which was supposed to be sliding vertically along the pole of the shower), had not been fixed...

Amazing Palazzo with great decor and character! Clear and simple check in instructions and good comms with owner! The handbook they leave in the property is really useful too, especially for a first timer in Venice! Location is great because you’re not too far away from the train station and still only a 20 min walk from San Marco Square! As a bonus, the coffee pods they left were amazing and espresso machine was such a godsend in the morning!

The mattress was slightly uncomfortable but that’s only a minor issue!

It exceeded all my expectations. Very grand. Very generous in everything from decor to size to flexibility by owner. We loved the warm luxurious decor. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Absolutely perfect setting for stay in Venice. Welcomed by the owner. Amazing furniture and furnishings. Kitchen great with coffee machine and v big fridge and some basics provided. Loved view of canal. Great neighbourhood. Close to everything.

Nothing I didn’t like but if have to write anything, I’d say a light above bathroom mirror wd have been nice.

The Residence Odoni ‘luxury apartments’ consists of 4 spacious apartments that are beautifully decorated. It shares its grand entrance with the residence Odoni 2, which is a hotel, with a receptionist and breakfast service. They don’t cooporate. The location is perfect, a short distance from the railway stations and there are a couple of nice breakfast places just outside the building. Our apartment, Tiepolo, had 2 bedrooms (one up a steep spiral stairs), a spacious kitchen and a large living room.

The manager seemed to neglect his duties, he didn’t provide us with check in details until urged several times on the day of arrival and there was no key to the apartment when we arrived, so we had to leave the apartment unlocked when we went out until the next day, which felt uncomfortable.

The property was very Venetian, you truly felt like you are staying in the palace for a very reasonable price, beautiful space with all the amenities, very nice and clean bathrooms. Michelle was a pleasure to be hosted by, very responsive. He upgraded my room to a beautiful big apartment I really didn’t need, but definitely enjoyed, free of extra charge. I met some people who have been staying at Odoni for 20 years! Definitely my first choice of stay next time I am in Venice. Location is great!
