Pros +

The location of the apartment is great. There is a nearby grocery store. Communication from Morena and Sonia were super, and Sonia came to the water bus station to meet us. We plan to come back in the future.
She's practically a personal concierge. Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and generous of spirit. We enjoyed all of her recommendations! Also the location (between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge), the spotlessness, and the decor.

Cons -

The mosquitoes.
