Hotel Arlecchino

this was a beautiful old hotel, 16th century, in a special spot on the canal, it is a very romantic setting and was just perfect.

The hotel was beautiful. Being family of 5 I could only get the top floor suite The air did not work that well and the bathroom shower was difficult Because of slanted ceiling. Other than that Would highly recommend

Perfect location with regards to Piazzale Roma. They allowed us to check in earlier than expected which was very helpful. Our room had a side view of a canal, which was wonderful!!

The elevator was extremely small. Only 2 people with bags could fit at a time. At checkout, they told us about a 7 Euro city tax. I had no cash left on me & they were not happy about putting it on a credit card.

Convenient location, very short distance from Piazzale Roma.

No shower curtain and the bathroom gets flooded with water.

It was very convenient to the People Mover, a transport to the Cruise terminal.

Fantastic and convenient location.

Great central location. Room had all that you need.

I would recommend keeping the window open. The fumes from the boats otherwise stay in the room. My travel CO2 indicator went off when all the windows were closed.

Room was a good size for three people and the staff was nice and helpful.

Location!!Nice stuff!!Free one drink at the bar!Flew in to Treviso airport then caught a bus to Piazzale Roma. Only 3mins walk from there. Nice ItalianxKorean restaurant by the hotel. We enjoyed the food. The waiter was friendly. We had to catch a train to Rome after the check out so it was easy to go to the train station with the heavy suitcase. 5mins walk easy day.

It wasn’t the hotel we booked originally and there was no explanation from the hotel. We were about to open the original hotel door then waiter from next door said,the hotel is under the renovation. I appreciate the nice waiter walked us to the different hotel. It’s OK overall. We never experienced this kind of situation.

Extremely wonderful breakfast, healthy, lots of choices, fresh and delicious cakes in beautiful gardens. Beautiful view from the rooms. Very close to busstation and very nice neighbourhood. Small but romantic rooms.

The AC wasn’t working when we were there in October but we didn’t really know how to work it while we were there

We were upgraded to the top floor room which was lovely and overlooked a canal. The room had just been renovated and was very clean and the hotel was in a good location. They recommended a restaurant 50 metres from the hotel which was fabulous.

The overall decor could do with a little updating in the main hotel area which they are addressing.

Beautiful decor, quiet room able to sleep, no noise. Staff was very professional, respectful and attentive. Front desk had a beautiful smile and character.

Hotel on canal, close to transportation center, great staff, comfortable room, breakfast extra charge, easy to walk to places in venice.

We asked for lowrr room which we got. Can't think of any complaints.

Great room overlooking the canal, spacious, big bathroom. Close to Piazzale Roma and train station. Had never been to this part of Venice before. Got a voucher for complimentary glass of prosecco!

Even though it is an old building, it is well maintained, clean.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to the parking garage which was very convenient.

Loved the bathroom and shower. Really nice rooms, but we were on the top floor and I hit my head on the ceiling beam during the night in the dark. It is a law not to turn on the heat until Oct 15, which we didn’t know. It was really cold in our room and we told Irina the next morning. She explained and apologized and offered to buy our breakfast. She was delightful, as was Marco, who checked us in. He was very helpful and told us about a really nice breakfast buffet just a couple of doors down. He also let us leave our bags there since we were too early to check in. Irina also let us leave our bags after we checked out so we could walk around. We would stay there again, just not when it’s cold!

We liked it very much, but the ceiling is low on the top floor where we were -and I hit my head on the beam.
