Hotel Atmosphere

Good room with enough space around the bed (size 160x200 cm). Seperate part with a closet and space to but the suitcase on. Bathroom is sufficient with all you need. Compliments for the cleaning. Every day clean pillow sheets, towels and small cleaning.

Location beside the train station was very helpful. The room was big and the bed comfy. Close to many restaurants as well.

It was an odd bathtub/shower to manoeuvre in, but I guess it is an older style and limited space.

No elevator

Location very good, airport to bus station 20 min transfer then an easy 15 min stroll to the hotel. The building is over 100 years old and yes it does need some repairs, but overall it was clean and we would happily stay again.

Only had hot water 1 day out of the 3days we stayed, not a big deal for us but others might be disappointed.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. It was super easy to find and literally next to the Santa Lucia train station.

The room we got was right by the shared alley. We could hear every little thing outside and it was super loud! Couldn't sleep at all until midnight and only for a few hours then people were up making tons of noise outside again.

hotel didn't have dustbin in every room. hot water kettle is a dream. room wasnt carpeted. highly priced. not even properly ventilated.old building. didn't have a porter to carry bags till room we as guests did it. the lobby carpet was dusty.

Location near train and bus terminal - walkable all around Venice. Helpful staff.

Excellent location, staff was friendly and helpful whenever we required anything we needed. The area was safe and a 2 minute walk from the train station. The continental breakfast was enjoyable. Fresh pastures, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee was very nice

The hotel is old, which is what was expected. The room smelled musty, although very clean. The washroom was clean, although dated. The shower is in the bathroom on top of the biday, so the entire washroom floor gets wet when you shower.

Location is great. close to train station walking distance to attractions.

The location of the hotel was very close to the train station. There was a place to store luggage, but it was not secure. The room was clean but dated and the bed was not comfortable.

There was no elevator or help getting bags up a very narrow staircase.It was advertised that the hotel had wifi, but it was only available in the lobby (actually just a check-in desk), and the small eating area.
