The St. Regis Venice

Room was small but oddly enough the bathroom was a good size. Location was great and it was amazing to wake up to the church bells ringing. Staff was pleasant. Overall experience added to out Venetian trip.

Room was small bit well done. However, being in Venice I would imagine this is the same if not worse at similar hotels.

Black mold in hotel room. Dangerous to health. Caution!

My room was small and the bed was situated right next to the bedroom door. You can hear everyone in the hallway and they could probably hear our conversation.

Stained bed, had to move rooms at 2am to another room that would not lock. Broke expensive wine bottle and ruined luggage and special momentos. Paid top dollar for room on 3rd night to watch fireworks but hotel blocked off viewing space for private party

Location, location, location.

Comparable value for money, cost of drinks / food and attitude of staff was 'bi-polar' in that some were great and others stank (no middle ground).

It was very nice and the location was amazing. The view out of the window was spectacular. It was romantic and dreamy! The bed was very comfortable.

They did have a little ant problem but no big there was too many positives to make up for it.

Very small room, only one chair to sit in, only one lamp for two bedside tables. In spite of the fact my wife was injured and the front desk new about this, we waited more than 4 1/2 hours for our room. I was told several time that check in was 3:00.

it's located in the heart of the city. quality was ok.

room was cold, we told the concierge. they couldnt turn the heater on.

The location

We didn't like the rooms at all. We had requested connecting rooms and didn't get it. The concierge was rude too. It didn't feel like a 5 star - just a really badly managed 3 star. Do not recommend this hotel.

I thought the staff were extremely nice and gracious and was very excited to have an upgrade from what I had originally booked. The room was absolutely beautiful and very large. The location is nice too because it's tucked away but close to everything.

Room was crammed, had rust on outside the window, broken lanps and plugs.

Comfortable bed; nice bathroom.

The 35 Euro fee for watching TV was too much.

got a upgrade to the stunning grand cannel view . the staff were very nice .

The Concierge gave us great indications and tips. The best of all is the bartender, such a gentlemen as is always a pleasure to met and to talk with, thanks to him and his advises our stay was wonderfull.
