Hotel San Moise

The location is close to city center.

The bathroom had bugs. Had to leave and get another hotel. They refused to refund. Wish I'd seen the other reviews before booking here, many of whom also mentioned bugs at this hotel.

Very close to the San Marco water bus. Staff very helpful in organizing day trips and water taxi straight from the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful.

Right in central Venice. Easy to walk to any sights and the market.

The room was VERY small. Not much more bad than that and we spent most of the time out of the room, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Small room, no room to walk, keep in mind no elevators, but not complaining for the price. A/C was not strong at all.

Non-functioning air conditioning

It was close to St. Mark's Square. There was always someone at the front desk to help us, no matter what time of day we were there. The only word I can think of for the decoration scheme is opulent.

We had a hard time finding the hotel.

customer service at reception tops it all antonio rocks san moise i like everything the room decor is so venetian luv the chandeliers breakfast was super filling our room was a suite so huge by venetian standards!

there is a funky smell at the entrance before you go up the stairs to the hotel rooms at the back. the location was very tough to find good luck finding the hotel without getting lost first

I liked the location. The breakfast was good. Also the room was very quiet. The kettle was great in the room.

The room and the floors were really cold. Did not like that my kids clothes had been repacked. The shower made the floor wet - did try every way.

Location was great, minutes from San Marco Square. The view from the room was amazing, perfect canal view with balcony. You couldn’t ask for a better view. The room was very large with high ceilings. There was an amazing chandelier in the room. Nice breakfast as wells

The only issue was accessing the electrical outlet by the bed. There was furniture that blocked the access.

The location is super if you want to stay 2 minutes away from Piazza San Marco and pay a VERY decent price. The room was very charming. It was clean, very spacious for a family of 4. Even though located in one of the busiest and touristy areas, it was on a side canal and therefore quiet. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of options and even though we could not have it outside (winter), the room was quaint with a view to a canal. The staff was very nice.

The hotel was not fully booked, and they could have given us a room with a view, but it was okay.

The hotel was my favorite part of Venice. We did have to bring our room key to reception every time we left but honestly it made the place feel even more secure. The view is AMAZING. Breakfast was good lots of options! Staff was friendly. It took us a while to find our map took us to the wrong location a few times but that’s not the hotels fault, just double check before you walk the wrong way with all your luggage. I would certainly stay here again.
