Hotel Palazzo Priuli

The location was ideal, we could walk to most places. The staff was also amazing, we got in on Christmas Eve late after a train delay and confusion with the water taxi system. Most restaurants were closed, but the hotel called one nearby and got them to accept us as the last reservation of the night. When we got there the host was waiting for us outside. The food was delicious.Speaking of delicious food, the hotel breakfast is delicious. They sometimes have snacks, which are also delicious.The decor was beautiful, they have lots of hand blown glass chandeliers and artwork to look at.I would definitely stay here again.

There’s absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. I liked everything.

Location - 10.Cleaniness - 10.Decor - 10. A real museum.Staff - super friendly and helpful.Hesitated between giving it a 10 or a... 1. Because of some serious issues with the place.

Room with canal view... Means people from the canal, passing in a gondola, have a good view into the room. Great if you like to go nude and enjoy exposing yourself to passerbys.I got this information only after a long enquiry, and it was too late to change, because refundable in this case means you still pay for the first night if you cancel.And it was noisy. Delivery people pass in front of the door at any time of the day. Isolation from other rooms or elephants walking above your head is non existant.So - avoid the rooms with canal view.I can imagine other rooms are just... Fantastic.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, nice water view and close to everything you need.

Only thing we didn’t like is you could hear all the noise from the other hotel guests in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. It may have been because the other guests were VERY loud but enforcing some sort of noise control after or before a certain hour would be nice.

It was in a great location and the staff was so helpful in arranging transfers,etc. We were upgraded to a suite room which was so nice after being crammed in a cruise stateroom for 2 weeks! The complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon was a surprising bonus and the breakfast was fantastic! We will definitely book again in the future!

Our best experience was our breakfast and the amazing woman who provided it.She was fantastic, kind , cheerful.

The canal was just outside our room and not so pleasant.

Location was fabulous a short walk to St. Mark's Cathedral, center of great restaurants

The location was excellent, close to Rialto bridge. Staff was friendly specially Roberta who was serving breakfast. She was always smiling and helpful

An amazing and historic (more than 400 years old) hotel in a fantastic part of Venice. The hotel retains the charm and elegance of a historic palace whilst being extremely comfortable with all expected facilities. I highly recommend a room with a canal view.The staff were extremely helpful; recommending and booking restaurants and tours in addition to organising a water taxi to the airport for an early morning flight (a great way to end a short holiday)The bar and restaurant (Bar 5000 - just behind the hotel) associated with the hotel were both excellent for a drink, snack or meal. and the breakfast served in the hotel was also good.

Simply everything! Room was beautiful and with modern amenities. Breakfast was very delicious and afternoon snack time gave a nice touch on the hotel experience. Worth the money!

Nothing negative to say, I only wish we stayed longer.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Venice with a lovely ambience. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Every day started with a lovely relaxed breakfast.

A historic building on one of the many canals. Fantastic rooms that are very modern. The breakfast is superb. A helpful and courteous staff. It is a short walk from St Marks square.

The hotel is brilliantly located with all the comforts one desires. It is somewhat off the beaten path - which is a definite plus, considering that Venice is so small that everything is available within a 15-20 minute walk. (I so prefer being away from the Grand Canal - note that the canal in the hotel's literature is not the GC.The room that we rented was large and comfortable, but a "canal view" was not worth the extra cost given that the canal was so...small.I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is superb, served with an agreeable English-speaking staff

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and very traditional and luxurious. The staff were lovely and made this stay a very special experience in Venice. So happy that we chose to stay here 10/10 thank you

It was perfect. The breakfast options were tasty and fresh and the saloon refreshments were also really good. The staff was super helpful when it came to giving directions and bookings for taxis and tours.

Stunning building, beautifully laid out in a great location with staff who made every effort. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and a sensible price.
