Hotel Liassidi Palace

The upgrade to a suite with a balcony that overlooked the canal

Beautiful hotel in a perfect walkable location to the Vaparetto stops and Saint Mark's Square. Hotel is directly on a canal. We were given a complimentary room upgrade to a large corner room with a canal view

Breakfast was a little pricey at 20 euros per person per day.

Didn't originally get the room type I booked but this was sorted with no quibbles.

Location is fantastic. Very close to the main sights of Venice but far quieter. The restaurants nearby are wonderful

Big room in a palazzo, nice to have the courtyard to retreat from the hustle and bustle.

The hairdryer is useless and gets too hot to hold after couple of minutes.

The location was ideal, close to everything! The staff was also very nice and answered several questions about how to get around. Price was good and room offered all the amenities we needed.

Several of the surfaces had not been sanitized and had visible dust. The bathroom floor also had some hair, which we noticed as soon as we first used it, so definitely not ours. We had some difficulty getting the air conditioner to cool down.

I like that the hotel was located in the center of Venice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable. We also had a huge area outside our room where we hung out with our family and played card games.

I was upgraded to a palatial suite that honestly felt like it was made for royalty. 30ft ceilings and a chandelier! The hotel is right on a canal and is a 5 min walk to St. Marks. The breakfast was satisfying and the coffee was EXCELLENT!

This property is tremendous, location is fabulous, however the best feature is the staff!! Second to none and I hope to come back soon!!

A waste of money and a disgrace to call this place a 4 star hotel.

The fact that I got bed bug bites all over my body, the shower didn't work properly, and the AC to the room was broken so I sat in a constant 26-28 °C. And then the lack of care from the hotel after the fact was disgraceful, ghosted by the hotel and the holding company. Shameful, however if you want bed bugs feel free to stay here
