Location and that is all.

The rooms are outdated except for the bathrooms. The bedding looks old and dirty but the sheets were clean. The room was extremely hot & we couldn¿t really sleep without the window open unfortunately the mosquitoes were so bad that we woke up w/ bites.

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of all staff, being able to drop bags prior to check in. Was exactly what we saw advertised and scorecard. Would recommend.

The location was good, close to the train and bus stations.

The hotel has a really nasty musty smell, not very clean, we paid too much for for this hotel.

Breakfast was provided and I like that you turned your key in when you left for the day and picked it up when you came back

Very tiny rooms with old looking bedding and decor. It was clean but it almost looked dirty due to the decor. The cost to stay one night at this hotel was more than a night at one of the more spacious and updated hotels we stayed at 2 other nights in Venice, that came with breakfast as well.

The staff were always responsive and exceptionally polite. It is close enough to the train station and bus station that a water transfer isn't necessary. I love how this hotel is tucked just far enough away from the more busy tourist areas, yet is a tremendous home base for exploring all corners of the island. The morning walks getting lost in the alleyways in search of breakfast is divine. There is a patisserie a stone's throw away as well. The hotel is quiet and welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely hotel in a cozy area of Venice with cafes nearby. Only 10-15min walk to train station, vaparetto or bus station. Fantastic staff!!

Very close to the train station, non tourist area so it was quiet at night, and the staff was phenomenal.

The staff working there were very friendly.. They let us store our luggages at hotel after check out as our train departing Venice was late evening. They were helpful.

Family room was super small, could hardly fit in our luggages.

Very old and small room with old furnitures for the amount paid.Not enough room to keep my luggage open on the floor and comfortably moving around.Literally 4/5 old hangers in the small closet.I found the face and shower towels on top of the cover of the bed( maybe where people put their luggage to open it up!).Nowhere in the shower to keep my shampoo and shower gel.The closing of the shower is outside, so when u are in the shower, u can’t really close it!

Outdated and the the front desk person conned me with money , gave me purposefully wrong changed after I asked him he said yes it was correct even though I knew it was wrong change I just walked away will never go back to that hotel

There was no breakfast, but there was a nearby café where I started my mornings with cappuccino and tiramisu. The location was excellent, and the room was suitable for me.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have great recommendations for places to go to see and eat. Very close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants.

Air Conditioner didn't work at all in one room, despite staff trying to help. Another room had a very bad smell.

Although the rest of the room and bathroom were clean, there were multiple pieces of hair in the bed/sheets when I checked in. Also, there is no baggage storage.
