- Nicely renovated room with good space and bathroom. Very well located nearby the Duomo. Easy check out. No amenities in the room.

- It's the location, and it's the staff. And the room was great.
Cons -
- Check in was difficult. It is made ?nearby? which translates into walking several blocks carrying your luggage through very busy streets. In site check in would be very helpful. No elevator to the room. 3 floors of small stairs.
- The breakfast was not good Rolls & cold cuts , no eggs no bacon no fruit I got coffee across the street
- Need a major renovation . Pillows , bed , blankets very old and disgusting. Overall room experience was horrible. Only thing we liked was location . AC doesn¿t cool very well . We went in September so it was ok for us .

Location close to square and water boat station .
