Plug ports not working, bed not comfy, pillows not good enough to support neck

The breakfast and housekeeping staff.

The mold in the bathroom, the broke. Mattress, the smell of rotten diapers and glade plug-ins. I wish I could show you pictures on this review because ?

The staff - helpful, genuinely friendly and professional

Great location to the train station and water bus stations. Room was clean and serviceable.

Poor selection at breakfast. Really just juice, yogurt, croissants and lunch meat. The juice and coffee were very watered down.

Convenient to train station, bus station, and Grand Canal. Quiet. They gave us a nice take-away breakfast on our last day since we left before breakfast service began.

Some staff were gruff and not very helpful (many were friendly and helpful). Internet access codes change every 10 hours. The toilet and the sink were jammed in together -- it was actually difficult to get around the sink to sit on the toilet.

close and convenient to train station. breakfast was more than adequate. staff was great. since there is no traffic, it is a quiet location. unlike most european buildings, this had carpeting in some areas though it was rather worn and duct taped together

Great hotel, excellent location. A big shout out to Augustino at the front desk who was charming and helpful ! All of the front desk people were friendly . The location is close to restaurants , artisanal gelato ( the best) and walking to San Marco is 15 min . The rooms are comfortable and not too cramped, we have stayed in smaller, so this was ok. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The lobby area with color coordinated sofas and walls is lovely.

Nothing really. Maybe just some stairs to climb to the lobby with suitcases

Very centrally located if you looking for a place in the center and near the station.

Was a little old

Wonderful location, near St Lucia station and close to the ferry to the airport.

Everything was really good - smallish room but all services, overlooked a courtyard

No elevator (it was stated on listing that it had one) we had to carry our luggage down approximately 20 steps with no assistance from staff as we were put into a separate building away from the main hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located for the train station and not bad value for money.

Rooms feel very old, bed not super comfortable.

Very very very easy to find by yourself. Good sleeping rooms with your own bathroom. Easy going staff and very helpful. The breakfast is the best and cheapest bargain in Italy.

Can't complain about anything?. I and my sister were very happy with everything.

Well, first, you need to walk about 30 steps to the reception without lift, second, the room so small, it may be the size in Venice, the bathroom even smaller, the shower area even worst, you can not move at all for my medium build body.Only the location is good, for other I won’t recommend

Location is perfect, close to major vaporetti, train station, Piazalle Roma. Room and bathroom were quite large for venetian standards. While on rush street, room was quiet. Air condition worked perfectly.
