Convenience to transport hubs.

Elevator not working on departure. We were on the fifth floor.

Bathroom was excellent. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

AC did not work as well as we expected it given it's a 4 star hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. The dinning room for breakfast and dinner was amazing, full of natural light overlooking one of the most beautiful parks in the city. The staff bent over backwards to be of assistance with anything we needed.

There was nothing we didn't like. We took the train into town from Rome and the hotel was a five minute walk away from the train station. Our room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable.

Wonderful Hotel. Clean ,well maintained. Breakfast Buffet great lots of choices. Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions. Located very close to Bus and train station.

Location in relation to the train station.

It needed renovations. However, a notice in the elevator indicated that the entire hotel is currently undergoing renovations and will be updated by Spring 2016.

Prestigious

Very minor issues like fixing broken things.

So nice letting us into our room early and minding our luggage.

Location is great for the bus or train (which was why we stayed there but a bit out of the major sites of Venice. Easy enough to take the vaporetto though.Maybe a gym would be good.

Clean and great location

Food was a little bland.

The location was great. Close enough to the train station to walk and yet still close to all Venice has to offer. The staff accommodated our early check in and was helpful with dinner recommendations and telling us where we could rent a car.

The rooms were a bit warm and stuffy although beautiful. There was no iron in the room.

Very friendly front desk. Very helpful!

Room was beautiful but hard to fit 4 pieces of luggage in the King Bed room.

Near the parking , the hotel receptionist at check in was very professional

We came back to the room after dinner and the room card didn’t work, we needed the toilet badly, the hotel receptionist was rude

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great.

The front desk manager was consistently rude during the stay. Simple requests (extra blankets, calling a taxi, replacing a room key) were met with negative comments and rude behavior.The hotel was beautiful, if it was not for this issue with the front office we would be coming back every time we come to Italy.

Amazing location! Very near the train station, and buses. Easy access to Marco Polo Airport. Staff was VERY accomodating and helpful. Room was spacious for a European room, and bathroom had a stand alone bidet! Would 10/10 stay here again.

Window Screens, or better A/C

Bed was very comfy, the staff was amazing, breakfast was great! And they gave me a birthday treat with candle!

The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pillows were nice and soft.

I did not have breakfast included in my hotel price. I found 26 euros to be quite expensive for breakfast.

We couldn’t stay because when we arrived the hotel was overbooked, they sent us to a different hotel. But the service was first class! Mr. Diego made us feel amazing!!! He is the best manager the hotel could have! I hope next time we could stay there because the facilities are beautiful…
