Pros +
- The biggest win - location! Conveniently located - bus top just across the street, and about 10-15 minutes bus ride to Venice. It is a small place - the plus is the parking. Rooms nice size. Great breakfast, nice owners.
- Very clean and friendly staff.
Cons -
- 2 things - refrigerator did not work and AC could not be controlled from the room. It was a little too hot for me. Otherwise, I really recommend. I would stay there again.
