Very clean, quiet hotel. Nice location off of the busy streets.

Very comfortable. Location is 3-5mins walk to Rialto. The rooms were spacious and modern. Waterbus to airport is less than 10mins too.

Carolina, our receptionist was welcoming, warm, and so helpful. She made our stay that much more pleasant. The room was large and comfortable with all the amenities of a large hotel chain. It was centrally located and within easy walking distance to all the major sites. We could not have asked for more.

There was nothing to dislike - except we had a little difficulty locating it the first day.

The rooms were extremely quiet and very nice. Just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge . Easy to take the water taxi from the airport to Rialto Bridge.

It was a great location, very close to Rialto Bridge. We were so happy being there. Even though is quite coming out of the hotel, around it is So lively with people eating and coversing at a bar just around the corner.We wish we would have stayed one more night. The also hold the luggages for us after check out until we were ready to leave.

the location is near the famous bridge, but tucked away as not to have a lot of foot traffic (except for the bar below). Rooms were spacious and clean.

The room was so clean and beautiful. The shower water pressure was excellent.

Little loud late at night because of the bar next door

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Venice.Beds were very comfortable.The continental breakfast was tasty, and the breakfast area was very pleasant. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel did not have a hair dryer or steamer, which surprised us. My wife really wanted to de-wrinkle her clothes in some way.

The bar next door would have a big crowd outside of it. So going in and out of the hotel you would have to go past the crowd.

Room was lovely, although small. Breakfast & service was great for $7.50 a real bargain.

Location was incredibly difficult to find. Quite close to Rialto Bridge but secluded within neighborhood. Reception was very helpful & pleasant. Room was very clean & fresh.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It has a cozy atmosphere. The staff were always friendly, especially Francesca, who welcomed us all in the morning in the restaurant with great joy, she made us feel at home.

The hotel is centrally located near many attractions. The hotel has an elevator, which is important. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite. We liked everything and I can recommend this hotel for staying in beautiful Venice.

Good value for money, comfy and quiet room and great location in the centre of Venice, plus only 2 minute walk from the Rialto water bus stop on the Grand Canal so airport transfer was easy. The only downside was that it was down a narrow, tricky to find alley, which didn’t look great in itself either, but then small dark alleys are all over Venice so it wasn’t really an issue! A helpful map was sent by the hotel before we arrived, and our phone map always got us back there - maps are essential to get round Venice! I’m glad I booked a triple room so we had a bit more space, as previous reviews said double rooms were a little small. Breakfast at 10€ was also good value, and the rain shower good. I would stay again!

Many thanks to friendly staff?Cosy, beautiful rooms, very clean.Tasty breakfast.Only 10 minutes walk to San Marco’s square and 2 minutes to Rialto bridge.There are many shops nearby and also a very nice bar near the hotel.
