Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo

The entire guest experience was exceptional. The staff were so very communicative leading up to our stay, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the views of the Grand Canale and the rooms were well-appointed and so spacious. Thank you for an amazing stay!

No air conditioning until summer months.

Beautiful / the room was perfect and the view “to die for” loved! Sorry that the garden was closed and under construction. It was disappointing not to be able to sit out there and write (I am an author/writer)

They upgraded our room. There was a spacious living room in front of our room, and our room was very spacious and cute. The breakfast was delicious, they made cappuccino for us, and best of all, it was right next to the Vaporetto station, so it was convenient for transportation, and the canal view from the lobby was great.

Towel warmer doesn’t work

Location was perfect and breakfast was very good.

Property was nice, but our room had some real issues. Bathroom tub / shower leaked water from under the tub (major leak). No instruction for how the soaking tub worked and no help from front desk when I asked about it. Light fixture next to the bed was falling off the wall. No air conditioning as listed for the property. They are not allowed to use power for air conditioning till after May 1st. They changed our room when we got there, said it was an upgrade but had no balcony view ( which originally our room had).

The breakfast and bar were great, as was the location.

Unfortunately our room was on the top floor right next to some very loud building works.

Fabulous hotel location on the main canal . Our room was upgraded to a suite with a view over the canal and was stunning , with an amazingly comfortable bed. All the staff we met were so friendly and accommodating, but a special mention goes to David on the front desk , who went out of his way to make our stay more special.

Great location on the Grand Canal just by the waterbus stop.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. The airport waterbus stop is a few steps from the hotel and all the sights we wanted to see were easily accessible. Comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful staff- from the lovely lady who sorted out my coffee in the morning to the wonderful concierge who arranged our trip to Murano.

Location good. Breakfast fare, it was included.

Pillows were not great, I had to go to my car to get mine. Otherwise all good unless you are very picky about the room/ price. There are a bit ran down. The inside of the pale is nothing to write home about.

The room was very spacious for three of us and very comfortable. All hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Such a comfortable hotel (not too many numbers of rooms), felt very relaxed like a home. And a good breakfast.

In dire need of upgrade. Room 15 incredibly dated, loose curtain tie fittings, glue on wall. Leaking bath, cracked and sinking as you have to stand in bath to shower and very noisy plumbing. Only 1 suitable plug for non EU charger. Consumer unit clicked every time light switched on! Pop up shop in lounge area, not relaxing. Overpriced given the above despite location.

So centrally located, rooms was comfortable breakfast was very good and ths staff was excellent.

We chose this property not only for its comfort/amenities but also as it was on the Grand Canal and easy access from the water bus. Straight off at the Sant Angelo stop and literally on the front of the canal. Great views from the hotel doorstep and very easy to get to. Additionally, rooms were a good size comfortable and clean, and the welcome from the staff was very friendly. A good breakfast in the morning was included in our room rate - buffet style with the usual platters of food.

Whilst service was available via reception 24 hours there is no in room dinning and the bar area is small offering a small selection of food. We did eat at the bar as my wife didn't want to go out further and the food was good but the selection as I said limited. The room did not have a coffee machine or a kettle. Water was provided and a small minibar. Small points overall given the location but our perspective.

The hotel is well-located, especially with it's own dock and the housekeeping staff was excellent.

The air conditioning had been turned off for the season and the room was much too warm. During the day you could open the windows but at night the staff closed the shutters.
