Clean, helpful, and great location

Location. Less than 5 minutes to St. Mark's Square, 10 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Good breakfast.

Very small bedroom and bathroom space.

Location, location, location

Service was lacking. We twice asked for ice and were told 5 min, never got ice either time, & at one point the front desk person was down right rude to us. Comfort of the room was fine but the noise from the loud family in the next room was disturbing.

If staff can help carrying luggages to and from water taxi would be great

Fantastic location steps to everything we wanted to do in Venice. The Staff was fantastic with great ideas for dinners and arranging transportation. We will never stay anywhere else in Venice. The Breakfast was outstanding! Room was very clean and the bathroom modern.

Nothing negative. This is good value!

Very nice hotel, awesome location, but the actual value comes from the staff. They won’t let you down, are excellent tour guides who know all the history of Venice, and will go above and beyond to make your stay a great one.

A bit noisy in the mornings since there’s no soundproofing

The room a bit small.

Location is amazing, the view from the terrace is really nice for your welcome drink, not very noisy at night, very clean and we got clean towels everyday with some little treat like a chocolate or a cookie, I really enjoyed my stay, one of the best experiences I’ve had , the staff is also very sweet ? gave us so many tips , and the hotel app is very helpful, we will be back!

The breakfast buffet is not really a buffet, you have to wait in a queue for your turn to be served, you’re not allowed to touch anything, they would get mad at you ?I don’t fully understand the logic, but ok, it was not that bad :)

The location was excellent and a short walk from San Marco square and San Marco Vaporetto. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. However, it was a bit tight with two large bags. This was our first trip to Venus and the front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations. There is a neat little rooftop bar. The breakfast was good. It was set up as a buffet, but they require one of the staff to actually put the food on your plate which was a bit strange. The house cleaning staff would put little treats in your room like chocolates on your pillows at night which we thought was a nice touch!

The A/C in our room struggle to keep us cool and is controlled by the front desk. I called every day to have them turn it to the coolest temperature possible. It took a while to cool down. There a no face cloths in Italy so bring your own.

The staff was very helpful, especially Claudia. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Location and fabulous staff. Claudia was so helpful in pointing out on a map places that were a must see and where to eat. Valuable information that we used. We also were told by Ricardo where to find the best gondola ride away from the crowds. It was magical.

Loved everything

This hotel is centrally located. The rooms are beautiful. We had a room with a balcony. We enjoyed taking a break from our busy tourist day to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine. Also enjoyed the roof top terrace. The breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Location was perfect. Hotel staff was great, went with their dinner recommendations and was very pleased with their pick.

The front desk was very helpful with taxis, sightseeing walking suggestions and restaurants.

No fault of theirs but it was hot and humid and air condition didn’t work very well. They did provide us with a fan.

The location so close to Saint Mark’s Square was perfect! Staff were so helpful setting up water taxi rides and giving information about things to do while in Venice. The hotel is sweet, breakfasts were fantastic, just an all around perfect stay!

Very good location with walking distance to most attractions. Staff is super friendly and provided very detailed advice for our visit. Breakfast is a buffet but you need to have the staffs help you grab the food, which is not common but not a problem as the staffs are friendly and willing to provide as much as you need. The croissant sandwich is good.

The room is a bit small, not enough space to open the luggage. The decoration is a bit old fashioned.

Location was exceptional - a few short blocks from St. Marks square.Staff was exceptional. They spent a lot of time with us orienting us to the area and providing tips as to how to best use our time. Restaurant recommendations were very good. Room was surprisingly quiet. Rooftop sitting area was delightful.

The location was great! Breakfast was ok; the staff were very nice. It was a really nice hotel and would stay there again.
