Cons -

- Room was much smaller than pictured. It was hard to get in and out of bed due to lack of space. Steps and noise from room in the upper floor were easily heard. Bathroom was clean but could use some renovation. Restaurants in the area are 100% for tourists and overpriced. If you are looking for more authentic ones, you need to go to a different area such as Dorsoduro
- The location was difficult to find & it’s on the second floor, the stairs are narrow. We had a hard time pulling our luggages upstairs.

Very clean and excellent location
Beds are separate
The property was tucked away on a quiet street very close to all the action. Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator but that was no problem), and honestly it was way nicer than the photos. I think we lucked out and got a special room.
It was a little weird that we had to check in at a different location, but they gave very clear instructions and a map for how to get to our building, so it was no big deal.
Position, cleanliness of the room, gadget
The room was small, but confortabile.
The property was easy to find literally 5 min walk to San Marco Square ,and everything around ,it was clean everyday bedding towels were changed,it’s very quiet .we loved it I just wish they was a sofa to sit than chairs but other than that everything was just perfect.xxx
I wish the was a sofa, for comfort since there’s no lift our room was 97 the 3rd floor :(
Best location that a tourist would imagine to stay. Near Gandola station, S.Marco and alot more
Clean and quiet place.
It was hard to find hotel for the first time, because they got registration desk in another place, so it was little bit confusing.
The location is so great. the room size was very convenient, the staff was very helpful and polite.
There was only one problem. That was the mosquitoes. We stayed comfortably by buying body spray from the market on the second day. It is probably normal to have mosquitoes because the city is in the middle of the sea. But if we had been warned, we would have taken precautions.
Very central location but also quiet, very clean, great air conditioning, helpful and kind staff. Small room but we used it only for sleeping for one night and it was very good.
There were no slippers and shower caps and the pillows were very low and thin for us. There were no elevators so it is a bit difficult to carry heavy and big suitcases to the upper floors.
Great location Warm and clean
Could have done with more pillows!
Location very good, room was comfortable, bed comfortable
The shower temperature oscillated between cold and warm unexpectedly
The room comes with a private bathroom. The bed linens and towels are spotlessly clean and replaced daily. The location is incredibly central, making it very convenient. You can reach the property directly from the airport via a single waterbus ride, with the stop being very close to the room.
We stayed for one night ,itWasAn exceptional stay !! Very clean room, great location .Daniele at the reception was very welcome. Definitely recommended !!!
it was a pleasure to meet the owner of hotel dell opera who guided us on the location. the front desk young italian man also went over and beyond for us to attempt to retrieve or lost baggages.
bathroom
Closer to the main attractions
No elevator, too many stairs to travel with heavy luggage, no staff on the site .
The location was excellentThe atmosphere was spot onThe water pressure was good inthe showerDecent sized bathroom
The pillows were rock hard. Not comfortable at all.The fan didn''t work, so we opened the windows. The 1st staff member we met in check-in was slightly rude and felt condescending as stated. You pay for what you get. You paid 1 star, and you paid for the location.
The room is great and very comfortable. When you arrive at Santa Lucia station, take the vaporetto to the San Marco or Santa Maria Del Giglio terminal. From there it is a 4 to 6 minute walk. The accommodation is close to Piazza San Marco, a 6-minute walk away.
The bathroom is a little small, but nothing that compromises the experience.
Cosy and cleaned every day. Very close to the Center.
Pillows were quite uncomfortable.
