The location of the hotel was terrific! A 5 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, only had to carry bags over one bridge. The breakfast included was also fantastic! Lots of variety. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Enza, at the front desk, was wonderful. Canal view room was excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable. Free wifi, happy hour(you pay for drinks) with complimentary appetizers, and you can arrange for airport pick up for a fee, I would definitely stay there again!

Nothing. It was a wonderfully stay. There is no hotel restaurant.

Quiet, quaint, nice garden area..

Water Taxi was a bit pricey but drop off at hotel door was worth the price.

The windows did not have bug screens and we like to have fresh air …..we had the windows open and the mosquitoes got in and we got many mosquitoes bites now …..

Everything: the facilities (clean, comfortable and gorgeous) the staff (friendly and helpful), the breakfast (fresh and delicious) and the location, about 200 meters, from the train station.

Excellent service and hospitality! We were served espresso and pastries upon arriving. They put our luggage in our room when it was available. The room was spacious and had superb cleanliness and appliances, including a towel heater and rain shower. The bed was comfy and the memory pillows were great. There is free aperitif food in the lobby during happy hour and the included breakfast was wonderful. We received a gift of panettone upon checking out!

Only had one pillow person. Really not a big deal. That is it. Everything else was a incredible

This was our second stay at Hotel Moresco! We love the staff, the breakfast, the decor, the view, the location, and the prosecco!!! There is even a cute back garden for smoking or visiting under the moon!

I like everything about this property, the staff, the location, the room quality and the lovely breakfast.

Everything was perfect!

On arrival, welcomed with a cappuccino & pastries in their lovely courtyard. Room was in excellent condition, spacious bathroom, fruit bowl and nespresso machine in room were nice touches. The evening happy hour with free Cicchetti (snacks) and reasonably priced drinks in the serene and attractive library all made for a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Good included breakfast with expansive hours. Excellent ventilation/temp control in the room: it can be kept cool in winter, which isn't always the case in Italy (and there were still mosquitos in Venice in November, so opening the windows esp at night can be a problem).

The standard room is very comfortable for one. Two people with more than compact luggage might feel a little squeezed. The bed, while I think a premium type mattress was still too firm, as is the style everywhere in Italy, alas.

Very comfortable room, beautiful decor, very clean, attentive staff, enjoyed the free finger food buffet in the evenings (drinks are very reasonably priced). Easy walk to bus /tram area and train station. Hotel is in a lovely quiet location.

Can be a bit cramped at breakfast time although you can move to the tables in the quieter lounge area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was lovely. The food served at breakfast was tasty. It was nice to have the Happy Hour each evening!

The room was quite small. We were only there for 2 days, so it was fine, but it would have been difficult for a longer stay.

My wife and I loved the hotel. The whole staff are so nice and welcome. Breakfast is delicious. The room is spacius, and the bed is so comfortable. The location, in our opinion, is perfect; so close to the bus, train stations, and vaporetto. We will repeat this hotel 100%.

Hotel has tremendous character. Details in the decor and the facility and the food and the culture of the staff were consistent and closely followed.

I can think of nothing that would have enhanced our experience.

It was clean

The location is a bit remote and kind of deserted for Venice. The decor, while new, felt a little dated. I get that it’s Venice, but jacquard everything is a little overpowering. The staff was pushy and slightly condescending

The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us at check-in with free prosecco (or soft drink options) and little bites. We went for our honeymoon and they did a great job with my special request (written message and rose petals), even gifting us a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate! The breakfast each day was wonderful, and you could choose to sit inside or outside in their courtyard. We especially loved the cappuccinos, honeycomb, eggs any way we liked, and yogurt. The location was truly perfect as well, being right by a canal when you exit and being far enough away from the touristy area that it was quiet, but close enough that a walk to Rialto was still fun and doable (about 20 minutes - by the end of our trip, we didn't need a map to get there anymore). The room itself had great AC which was very helpful in the summer, and they gave us free water every time we got our room cleaned. Highly recommend, especially for couples! We're looking forward to coming back sometime.

It was super quiet at night and easy to walk to everything from the hotel. Close to the train station and the bus stops.

The property takes you back to an elegant time with furnishings and architecture. But it brings in all of the modern conveniences. However- the staff is the cherry on top. Considerate, helpful, cheerful.... especially Barbara!

We loved this hotel! We enjoyed the comfortable rooms, great location with access to everything but also out of the main crowded area, nice staff, and nice little touches. Breakfast was also very nice and generous. Loved the bathroom products, coffee, and lighting. We will definitely return here for our next trip to Venice.
