The Venice Venice Hotel

The location is somewhat perfect, very close the rialto, on the canal and can be anywhere in the city really fast. The interior design is great and the staff is always here for you. Strong recommend!

Almost everything. The breakfast was very good, the staff were kind and supportive, and the location is outstanding.

The lighting was a bit too dim, which made it difficult to find the exact spot to place the key card when opening the door from the outside.In the room, near the bed, there were only USB-C sockets. It would be helpful to have at least one standard power outlet as well.The internal layout of the hotel is a little confusing when moving around. Nothing serious—just small improvements that could make the experience even smoother for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Claudia was really nice and easy to deal with. I also enjoyed our breakfast experience.

the room and the lobby and elevators are almost dark and very small light , and the interior does not make you feel comfortable in such light .

Amazing building, wonderful location for both walking and river taxis.

Nothing, a building of this age will always have some challenges but it’s beautifully restored and maintained.

Lived up to expectations, the location is excellent. enjoyed both the restaurant and bar facilities. Staff were always very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location with stunning views and well presented meals. Wine list was updated and on point.

The staff are amazing, the decor is stunning and location is fabulous. Drinks on the terrace on the Grand Canal is a wonderful experience. Breakfast is delicious can’t praise the whole experience enough, fabulous!

Could do with some more lager options if you don’t like the blonde beer.

The hotel is utterly breathtaking. Brilliantly combines old with new. Arriving by water taxi its clear youve arrived at the only place to stay in Venice. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Ask them for recommendations!! They will send you to local favorites & hidden gems. They are remarkable. Don't leave without having their spritz. The lemon foam? Perfection.

That I had to leave.

Everything about the hotel was perfect - food, staff, location, style EVERYTHING! Cannot wait to re book and stay again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very cool it feels like New York in Venice and the room was great. Some of the things are too cool it’s tricky to make work - switches / taps but you get to grips by the end!

The property was beautiful. So very unique! Food and patio space were wonderful! The location was fabulous.

Not enough storage space for clothes. Access to outlets near bed are needed. The light panels posed a significant challenge.

Romantic decor in some parts, lovely water entrance and lobby

The lighting is so dim as to be impractical, even in the guest rooms. They also did not have the bar open to allow one to simply purchase a drink or a coffee. You had to go to the sit down restaurant downstairs or order rooms service—both of which were too slow.

Breakfast is wonderful but 65 euro is too much

The staff was helpful .The service at the restaurant was very good.

The room was extremely uncomfortable.Everything was about design but the basic comfort is neglected.One fourth of the room was occupied by an enormous bathtub.The shower space could accomodate 4 people.The lights in the bathroom area were vey dim, practically you could not see anything and generally the room lights were extremely user unfriendly!On top of that there was a fixed TV in the middle of the room which you could not avoid banging in the middle of the night going to the bathroom.All those features made your room really small!Uncomfortable clothes hangers and the wardrobe itself.
