A perfect base for exploring Venice. Great service, gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfast.

The rooms are very small, hard to maneuver when suitcases are taking up space. That may be normal for most Venice hotels, but you expect walking room when you pay this much.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many perspectives, would never get over the area settled. Staff were very friendly, suite was a piece of art in the middle of venice, room was spacious and clean, breakfast is prestigious, the well decorated hotel and more. Memories wont be forgotten in venice especially with Nolinski. Appreciate them.

Extremely beautiful room decor but not functional at all. No counter space for toiletries, makeup and not much bathroom mirror space. Only one person can use sink or mirror at a time. Also no real space to put 2 open suitcases. Better to get rid of chairs and table and place a long bench there for placing suitcases etc. I understand this is Europe but it’s very difficult to have two people get ready in the morning or evening for dinner in a timely manner. Shelves could be hung on the blank bathroom wall facing the bathroom doors. That would allow a lot more counter type space. Other than the functionality of the room it was gorgeous and the staff were superb!

Nolinski obviously put care and effort into every aspect of their lovely hotel, their taste is impeccable and they invest the same effort in caring for their guests. I felt pampered just by looking around the room, and truly spoiled anytime we interacted with the staff. You don't get a strong sense of the original Venetian Stock Exchange that houses the hotel, but they make you feel like you were one of the original investors!

Just a caution: the golden "pool" on the roof is more of a large whirlpool, not for morning laps. And the card keys failed regularly, giving us a chance to tromp down to the front desk to check out the gorgeous lobby and library bar at all hours.

Everything was perfect starting with a room upgrade to a great room comfortable bed excellent toilet the location is just perfect just in the with few steps to main attractions

Reaching the property was bit difficult due to no sea access but it’s not a big problem they try there best to make it easier for you

Hotel is all new and perfect. Team is so nice. Rooms (I was in a suite) and beds are incredible. Best place to stay in Venezia ! We ll be back

The staff were very attentive and picked us up, straight from the water taxi and guided us around the hotel to the registration and our room. They had taken note of it being our honeymoon and had designed the room with a set of romantic features and champagne. The concierge helped book us a well-designed trip to Murano and Burano islands. The bar staff were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. Breakfast was of high quality and they were accommodating, even when we were late. We always felt like we could rely on the staff to help arrange a taxi or provide information for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel is positioned in the hart of the city near by all the major attractions. Top location! There service you receive is fist class and beyond. We have been in many different 5 star hotels but Nolinski experience exceeded our expectations by far! It is the best experience to visit Venice and we will definitely back soon. The attention to every detail is amazing and the kindness of the staff is beyond amazing! The breakfast is an absolute must if you are staying in Nolinski. It was the best breakfast I’ve had in years and the service and atmosphere was fantastic.We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary and it was pure perfection! We will be definitely back and will look up for other Nolinski hotels when traveling for sure.

Breakfast was exceptional as was the location. Amazing staff, especially the concierge. One of the best hotels I have stayed in - expensive but would highly recommend.

Pool is rather a large jacuzzi - but could not fault anything else.

Everything is a the highest level. We loved our room with the most comfortable bed and sheets. We thought the breakfast was incredible, a wide selection and all fresh and tasty. And perfect location. After staying here we will look for other Nolinsky hotels in europe.
