Good rooms, good breakfast, Excellent location, just in front of water bus station. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping. 10-15 minutes walking to Realto and St.Marcos.

Bathroom in suite is with jacuzzi but tiny shower, wc and bidet are outdated antique. A/C in room was working fine, but you've no control of it!! control to turn A/C on or off or raise temp above 20C is by hotel. Over all it¿s a very good hotel.

Everything was perfect, starting nr.1 location from where you had everything you need , near the vapporette , markets, piazale roma and 30 min by foot in san marco. Nr.2 rooms where in italian style good design and everything worked great, we also had a balcony with the view of grand canal.Nr.3 the strong point of hotel was the servise we got from two amazing woman , Gentiana and Neri ( Neri sugar haha ) , they made our trip more easy. they helped us a lot by guiding us with vaporete , restaurants and the city attractions.

We spent two nights at the Pesaro Palace and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is exceptional—right on the Grand Canal and just a minute’s walk from shops, restaurants, and a well-stocked supermarket. The convenience of having a vaporetto stop directly in front of the hotel made getting around Venice incredibly easy.The hotel also boasts a charming courtyard, which quickly became our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee and unwind with evening drinks.The front desk staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

The location could not be better! Room was comfortable and clean! Breakfast was awesome! The staff was very friendly and kind. Kudos to Taj, Gardiana (I hope the name is correct. She works at the front desk), Giulia, Neva (the lady that makes the capuccino at breakfast). I highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back! Thanks for a great experience!

Room temperature should be controlled inside the room, not at the front desk.

Our room (406) was very hot and the desk could not cool it down. Affected sleep

Had suite 101. Absolutely loved it. Great view of main canal and very spacious with extra sitting room. Loved the decor. Great location.

The location was very good and the place was very nice and clean and the staff was super friendly.

I do have a couple of issues one is it show on a booking.com airport shuttle, they don’t have a shuttle.When I was checking out, I was told I need to pay service fees. I had no problem with that. The only problem is I did not have anymore euros and they conveniently point me to their ATM where I paid super high fees.If I would knew that ahead of the time, I would keep some cash on me they don’t take credit cards make no sense.Especially at the time when the guest checking out, they should have some kind of a sign. They told me there’s a some information on that on booking.com but it makes no sense because people book hotel ahead of the time they can’t keep in mind little things like that better communication unless sending people to their ATM.

Location, Location,Location! Staff were very helpful and breakfast was fabuloso! The outside garden area was gorgeous! The chandeliers and room decor were magnificent; and the bathroom was large and modern. Wonderful large towels! Grazie mille for a lovely stay!

Very minor adjustments to room. Bedside lamps would not turn on - Needed new wiring for plugs. Left side bed lamp cord was so frayed - it was fire hazard.Curtains had noticeable holes in them. Fridge door was hard to open - needed to be slightly raised.

Modernized located next to a water bus stop. Only a few stops down from the train station in Venice.

The rooms refrigerator was non functional. Plug outlets are minimal.

The location is great, just next to the main street, shops, and public transportation. The hotel is clean and refurbished in the style of the city.

The room and the hotel in general lack any facilities like spa, gym etc. There is no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. The minibar or minifridge is empty. The main door to the room creaked.

The location was perfect, next to the water taxi. The glass decorations were amazing and the breakfast was good with very helpful waitresses were always ready to help. Large sitting are available all around the reception area.

The breakfast was amazing- huge spread, far exceeded my expectations.

I paid the city tax online when I booked, however at the hotel they made us pay the city tax again in cash.

Our room had a very strong chlorine smell and the bathroom shade was missing. They accommodated us for one night at a sister hotel and another room for the last few nights. They were very helpful in solving the problem.

The location is awesome!

The thermostat was broken, but was able to be controlled by the front desk. The shower was very slippery and leaked onto the bathroom floor.

The location was excellent. Next door to the water bus and very near a nice pedestrian street but away from the main tourist areas. The hotel was clean and had an elevator - a must for my wife who has probles climbing stairs.

Notheing really. Could have had better bananas for breakfast!
