    Pros +

    • Great place, not in the very centre, but very close and still quiet. Perfect for visiting Murano, Burano etc., room is large and comfortable, there's even a small canal view from the window. The staff was friendly and helpful.
    • Great location away from the crowds and close to some local restaurants. (Go to Combo around the corner.) It’s part of a university dorm, one side is dorms, the other side is hotel rooms. Chill vibe overall. There isn’t an elevator, so make sure to ask for a lower floor. There is a common area with a fridge that you can use.
    • The room and bathroom was recently remodeled...very clean and well-laid out. Responsive host. Loved my breakfast at the nearby cafe. Very quiet. I appreciated place to store my bag. Great location right at the F. Nove ferry stop.

    Cons -

    • Hot water duration could be improved a bit, we were 3 people and it was tight...
    • It is near the boats and is can be loud. But if you close the windows and shutters it’s workable. Also no coffee in room had to go to lobby and use machine.
    • I was one person so didn't use the upper bunks but that seems like it could be awkward (and I hit my head on it a few times).

    We didn’t have the breakfast.

.We wanted a room with kitchenette. The two pots were very old and corroded,we requested the staff to change but they couldn’t.Anyways, when we started boiling water for pasta, the alarm went off as there was absolutely no ventilation.A staff came running and opened the windows. I must mention though that the evening staff who helped us was very helpful and polite. I think an exhaust must be put and the utensils should be added/upgraded.

I had room 202 with windows that opened to the water. The room was an oasis of calm and I had the most peaceful night with the cool breeze and sounds of waves and passing boats. The room was perfect for a solo traveler and comfortable bed and shower (a bit tight getting into it FYI). Breakfast was included. It was 30 minutes walk from the piazzale roma bus station and probably faster with the water taxi but I didn’t figure that out in my one night there. Loved staying here!

    All was fantastic

Great location right on the boardwalk in Venizia. Very convenient for all water transport including the water shuttle to the airport. Very convenient to the Grand Via canal. The staff were very helpful. Great and convenient restaurant across the alley that will serve an omelette for breakfast because in Italy, they only traditionally serve bread for breakfast. There's no restaurant in this hotel but honestly you're in Venice so get yourself out there. Many restaurants close by. There's a hospital close by too, just in case you need a medical service because trust me... anything can happen!

    Can't think of anything

Lovely, quiet and comfortable place near the laguna.

The breakfast was very poor. One croissant, one coffee and one juice. Standing at the bar.

    8PaulaPosted on: 5-15-2025

We loved that it was right next to the ferry stop. Also, the young man at the reception desk was really very, very helpful answering all our questions, very patiently, and giving us suggestions. Thank you so much for all of your help. It made navigating Venice so much easier.!!!

The courtyard could use some updating

The size of the hotel room and the new amenities in the bathroom were great. The service was pretty good and the employees were responsive to my concerns.

Blessing wasn't responding to my text messages, which was annoying. The mattresses weren't that comfortable.

Very Quick walk from ferry drop off which is great if you have bags. Was a 10min walk each day to centre but was quieter

Had to get bags up narrow stairs. Had to pay city tax in cash. Breakfast was just juice, coffee and 1 croissant so not worth paying for. When using the car park recommended be aware that ferry only goes every hour and only between 9-5. Not that obvious when booking and paying for car. Also the first ferry out in the morning is 9.30, so no good if you want an early start.

Lovely place to stay, excellent position near fondamente nove. Staff very friendly and helpful. I. had a sea view which was beautiful. The reception team stored my luggage when I arrived at 10 am, which they then took to my room , and messaged me that the room was ready early. Really helpful.

A great clean hotel with a great location. Please note: parking is open from 9-00 to 18-30.

Staff were phenomenal, tx me before I even left my country to ensure I knew where to go on arrival.Gave me top tips for sight seeing, so helpful.Even an adaptor plug to keep.My last day even though I had checked out I was in uni online and they gave me access to the garden and the use of a private library/study room.Honestly the pic's don't do it justice. The bed was so comfortable and the ensuite was 5*****

I had a room with a view of the lagoon and the soothing sounds of waterbus'.The breakfast was exceptional.. the coffee, oj and pastry were soooo good.Staying at Collegio AMDG was a piece of heaven on this gorgeous island.

-> Getting ThereSuper easy access from the airport—just take the Alilaguna water bus to Fondamente Nove (F.TE NOVE).-> Check-in & LuggageCity tax is required upon arrival (if you book through Booking.com, you’ll find the info there). If you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your suitcases, and the staff will move them to your room when it’s available (thank you!!). They will also send you info that the room is ready! Not staying at the hotel? You can still store your luggage here for a fee (they have a special room for it).-> Staff & ServiceStaff is friendly, helpful-> Room & Amenities (Room 101)Everything was clean, our suitcases were already in the room, and there was printed information left for us.Info sheet included:-Breakfast details-Check-out time (10 AM)-WhatsApp number in case of problems (we had two issues, but it was fixed the same day—thank you! ?).-WiFi details and other useful info.* BreakfastYou get a voucher for breakfast at Caffegelato or Algiubagiò (7:30–10 AM).Includes coffee, juice, and a croissant. If you want more food, you can just buy another croissant for €1 at Caffegelato or Algiubagiò for €3-5.-> Noise & ComfortThe hotel actually listens to feedback—they now provide earplugs for guests. We didn’t need them since we were exhausted from sightseeing (honestly, the only thing we heard while falling asleep was the alarm clock next morning). (If you think you need these earplugs just do 10k more steps, your welcome)Bathroom: Nice shower with cool lights, bidet, and toiletries (2 soaps for hands, 2 for your stinky ass, and 2 shower gels).

Mattress: The only thing we didn’t enjoy, but that’s just personal preference.

Being on the waterfront, easy to jump on ferry from airport, great location overall, welcoming breakfast in a restaurant 30 seconds walk away.

    10ElizabethPosted on: 2-7-2025

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast at a nice cafe nearby as they were renovating their breakfast area. Great stay!

Lovely location, Ferry terminal is located right next to the accommodation, which makes it somewhat noise, but is super convenient. Good to have breakfast available. Dorn like accommodation wasn't to uncomfortable.

2 floors apartment, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast limited just hot drink, croissant and juice however Service and quality of the cafe was excellent. Wi fi did not work with password given but to be fair I have not complaint as it was late.

nice place, wonderful view, clean room and warm staffs

not that easy to go to the train station

    1AdoramPosted on: 10-22-2024

    Loction is great.

At 7:30am we woke up due to laud construction noise (hotel renovation). This is unacceptable. we would never booked this place had we knew this before. The "Breakfast included" is actually an invitation for coffee and croisant in a bar near by. On our way to the hotel we emailed reception and asked for guidance to the private parking, the answer was: "find everything in Booking.com site". Finally, when we complained about all that, the reply (in writing) was: "we hope to never see you again".
