    Pros +

    • Great service and the room was clean. Delicious breakfast. Good location. The place is close to Sn Peter Baslica. The public transportation, train and bus, is near the hotel.
    • We stayed in the apartment which was nice, spacious and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Bathroom, kitchen and living space was clean. The hotel staff was very helpful.
    • The staff was great and very helpful. We had a problem with our roomvthe first night and they moved us to an upgraded apartment at no cost. Beautiful place to stay.

    Cons -

    • Noise from the streets and apartment above ours. You can hear people talking, walking with luggage, etc. day and night. Also, waterfall shower head is too large for shower size, so you get "waterboarded" with each shower. Breakfast just OK.
    • We loved everything about the hotel. Only downside was that it was a bit further of a walk to get to all the main sites. But it was also a quiet area because of this.
    • It's a bit of a convoluted walk from the train terminal, but that's Venice, it's not built on a grid. Not a criticism, just a heads up to use your Google Maps and street view to find it.

    Authentic, gorgeous room, great staff!

Wonderful accommodations. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with beautiful marble top to bottom. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Do not understand how this hotel only has 3 stars. Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and very elegant. Feels like a very high end hotel, but the prices are very reasonable. Would absolutely stay there again.

The value of having entire apartment for the price of a single room, I thought was great!

    10JessicaPosted on: 8-12-2017

Great quiet area yet still so close to everything in Venice!!! My favorite hotel that we stayed at while visiting Italy!!!

    Hospitality.

Location was a bit challenging - especially in inclement weather.

Beautiful rooms. Exactly as pictured. Great location, staff were wonderful and informative.

Every thing on the breakfast buffet was cold.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, a bathroom was spacious, there were no problems with the central heating (we were in the middle of December), the staff was kind. We also liked the location: nearby streets were not crowded by tourists, there were a lot of small good restarauts, 10 mins walking distance from the bus/train station. It was a real Venice for us.

    6DanaPosted on: 10-26-2025

It was away from the city centre so it was less crowded. The price was also decent for Venice, but still on the pricey side.

I didn’t know that the door to the hotel locks in the middle of the day. We went back to the hotel in a hurry to use the washroom and the doors were locked, we rang the doorbell a few times… waited several minutes for someone to come to the door to open. All things considered, it did the trick. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom, okay breakfast.

We stayed for two nights (15–17 September) in room 101. The hotel was amazing — staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The red room was spacious and beautifully arranged, with daily cleaning service. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal: only a 3-minute walk from the waterbus station, with quiet streets, a Coop supermarket around the corner, and several local restaurants offering delicious Italian food and desserts like homemade tiramisu.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property.

    9DianePosted on: 7-21-2025

The room was very comfortable. We were on 3rd floor and had a skylight. AC was lovely as well. Enjoyed being away from tourist center of town. So convenient to San Stae station for vaporetto. Lovely breakfast.

    9MarilynPosted on: 5-25-2025

Beautiful, ornate room felt Venetian☺️ Murano chandeliers were also very beautiful.

The red room felt a bit too dark and black chandeliers although gorgeous also made the room feel lair like. But still impressive in its own way.

    10MeganPosted on: 5-7-2025

We booked the “suite” and it was perfectly spacious! The location was great, quiet and the woman at the front desk pointed us in the direction of more “local” restaurants that were absolutely incredible!

    Nothing - loved everything!

    9OlgaPosted on: 4-28-2025

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood — perfect for a morning walk when the streets are still calm. It’s within walking distance to the train and bus stations, and easily accessible to all districts depending on your preferences. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the Vaporetto station, so everything is very conveniently located. The beds and pillows were absolutely amazing — so comfortable! We actually liked the room even more than we expected from the photos. The breakfast was simple but nice, and I must highlight that the coffee was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and truly liked the hotel.

Good location, just a bit hard to find following the Google maps. Nice shower and toilet size. Comfortable bed.

Ground floor apartment so no windows

In the heart of Venice, accessibility, good breakfast

    Beds are not comfortable.

Beautiful, private room. Difficult to locate with google maps. Call the hotel on WiFi if you are struggling to find the hotel.
