Location, room and the host Giacomo
While it did not matter to me, the 'hotel' dues not really have a common area and you are just renting a beautiful en-suite room. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by for coffee, drinks and meals.
Giacomo's kindness and hospitality made me feel both comfortably welcome as a solo traveler at this property.
The layout of my particular room was different than expected, as it had 3 stairs from the lobby up to my Suite sitting room and 3 stairs down into the bedroom. This hotel is also affected by a daily tide schedule.
The place is phenomenal. The room is huge, extremely clean and the staff is amazing!

False advertising on anemities. Trys to charge more for room. IE:There is no room service also can't eat in room at all, door doesn't close properly, No kitchen, resturant, breakfast, coffee, laundry, no Heat! Floods during storms 18" deep. Never again!
Location is close to attractions but it depends what attractions you planning for. Room appears grand but only look is grand so don¿t go by pics.
Hotel owner is there to find all opportunities to charge to extra money as soon as you try to check in. They store luggage after checkout but you can¿t use common restroom after checkout. Ready to pay city taxes extra. Avoid this hotel.
