The location is perfect for a short stay, since it’s right in the center and surrounded by places to visit.

I have nothing bad to say—the place looks just like the photos, and even better than I expected.

The location was terrific. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, it is a quieter area, but close walking distance to many sites and busier areas. The breakfast was amazing. My daughter and I will definitely stay here again.

Great location; easy access from water taxi; clean and quiet

The place is very well located, near good restaurants and walking distance to everything in Venice. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and even though the bathrooms are shared, they were always clean and available.

The beds and pillows were a little hard. But that's the only issue we found.

In no particular order:The staff, the breakfast, the room, small but comfortable, the location, the silence, the cleanliness, the patio (must be nice in the spring/summer) the decent price, the location… you can get better of course, but more expensive…

The location was great. The garden courtyard was nice- we got take away lunch and sat in the garden. The morning breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

The property is well situated to walk to most major attractions, staff is very friendly and helpful, room while small had everything we needed and was very clean. The hotel is in an old building that is very well maintained and a quiet neighborhood.

The double bed was two singles pushed together but it wasn’t very stable and if you tried to sit up and lean against the headboard to read or watch TV the bed rolled away from the wall.

The staff were so nice and helped us with directions and a picnic we had in the pretty garden space. We had been to Venice before and appreciated the location in a quieter part of town, although there were plenty of shops and restaurants.

No elevator, but I don’t think I asked for the ground floor

Good and healthy breakfast. Croissants were soft. Orange juice was yummy.

Hotel Tivoli is a family-run hotel that is very well located! It’s steps away from Tonolo pasticceria and several very good eating places. We stayed in room 35 on the top floor. There is no elevator, so be aware that luggage must be carried up two flights of stairs. The room was very clean and everything was great. The breakfast is not fancy, but they serve fresh pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea. I would definitely stay here again. I especially appreciated the very clear communication about filling out the exemption form for the city access tax.

Everything was great!

First and most importantly the rooms, bathrooms, and entire hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms were roomy. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The breakfast had enough options to satisfy my grandchildren, their parents and my husband and myself. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to friends and family. The staff were so kind, and for a last minute Booking I wasn’t expecting much, but the room was great. It had a private patio and it was the best place I found in Venice to get some writing done

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Hotel Tivoli from day one of booking, receiving information concerning travel to the hotel, which transportation to take etc. We were welcomed on arrival and we had help with our suitcases. There was a delicious breakfast included that was a bonus, we were unaware. The staff were very helpful, we needed extra electrical extensions for our CPAP machines, we were given maps and information concerning the Vaporetto. The room was maintained daily, beds made, garbage emptied etc. The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to the train and bus station and a 25minute walk to St. Marc's square.

We knew that we had booked a small room, however it was smaller than expected. The shared toilet and shower room was very small, it was manageable for us however not for a larger person.

It was a great location -- very convenient to get around to different parts of Venice. The staff were helpful with instructions for getting in and out, especially out of hours, and the included breakfast was lovely and felt homey. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

The hot water took a while to heat up and there was no air conditioning (that we could find/worked?) so the room got warm sometimes. There were windows in the room that allowed for great ventilation, but we opted to keep them closed as we had a few mosquitoes, unfortunately! Not the hotel's fault, though.

Hotel Tivoli was a great experience for us as a couple. The stay is located perfectly and you can walk to the vaparetto stop in just 5 mins. There are many restaurants nearby. Our stay included breakfast and I must say that the breakfast from the hotel is just perfect and very satisfying with many options. Had a great stay here!

Big room and well located. Breakfast was good (continental style). We had a fridge in the room as a bonus and there is an outside sitting area.

Nothing really - it would be nice to have a kettle in the room, but that's a very minor point.
