The manager was so helpful with directions and advise on how to get around. The room was large with comfortable beds.

The room was very spacious

There was no elevator at this hotel ( they said it was broken) and our room was up 3 flights of steps with heavy luggage. Not acceptable for the rate we paid. There is pretty much no staff manning the front desk. The cleaning staff wasn't great either.

The hotel was in a very good location that was not too loud.

The door to our hotel room didn't remain locked half of hte time - cleaning staff forgot to close it all of the way. It also warped, so the door would become unlocked. The front desk staff seemed to not care about this concern.

Location was good and the room size was nice

We stayed on the top floor and it was kind of creepy. We could here workers going in and out of a room right outside of ours during the entire stay. It's hard to find the hotel and you are required to give your key to the front desk every time you leave

Huge room! Friendly staff. Very secure. We were able to leave our luggage there all day before and after checking in.

Very friendly staff took the time to give us tips on the train schedules and held our bags all day. Room was very spacious and compared to most other hotels stayed in Italy was very comfortable.

Extremely difficult to find for first time Venice visitors. Located in a good location a short walk from the Rialto bridge, problem is the only thing marking the hotel is a tiny plaque by the door. It kind of adds to the charm but be warned - map it out.

Spacious room, cleanliness, historic charm

Location - specifically finding the hotel and getting there was a bother. They could have used some signs around.

Amazing boutique hotel in a quiet tiny little street. Room was BEAUTIFUL and spacious. Bathroom was brand new with high-end toiletries and finishes. Wished I could have stayed longer. Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Will stay here again!

Very well located. The staff is absolutely super. Old style palazzo in a classic area of Venice (Marco Polo's house is barely 200 meters away). The rooms are what is to be expected at this price point.
