Hard to turn hot water on in bedroom bathroom

Location, suite size and pool were great

The suite was past due for a deep clean. No housekeeping was provided for 3 night stay. This wouldn't have been an issue for us but since there was a kitchenette with food waste, the bins should have been checked at least once or info provided to guests to manage themselves. My husband removed the kitchen garbage after a few days and asked the front desk where he should put it. They told him to illegally dump it in the street beside the city bin; “the city garbage requires a credit card to put garbage inside but don't worry just put it beside”. Leaving garbage bags beside bins is a huge no no in that part of Italy

Great location for Lido and Venice, very spacious rooms and nice surroundings by the pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are a bit outdated and the kiosk bar on the corner plays ridiculously loud music on some nights till late. We asked the staff to move us and they obliged.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful large suites. Varena, Nicole and the staff were so nice and did everything to insure a nice stay.There is also a large pool and the gorgeous beach across the street!

It was big and so good location and calm

The kitchen utensils not good. For example we cannot find knife when we want to prepare something for eating. Also the staff was not there between 5 pm until 10 am

I love that the hotel was spacey. There were only 2 of us, but the hotel has 2 rooms. It also has stove and cutlery and other dini g amenities, so we always make our own breakfast. Only 2 mins walk to the beach, great for summer. 10 min to the waterbus station.

I think because its spring, the pool is still on maintanance. They also dont give us enough cofee, but you can easily come to the receptionist to ask for more.

Perfect stay next to the beach. Rooms were clean.

Swimming pool is closed in winters

I recently stayed at Marea Le Ville del Lido Resort and it exceeded all my expectations. The resort's location on the island of Lido provided a serene and picturesque escape from the busy city of Venice. The villas are in a perfect location just a 2 min walk from the beach and a 10 min walk from the center. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. We were there in November and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and the sea next time.Thank you:)

Central location

The property itself was great, rooms clean and spacious, our villa had some utensils and cutlery that was nice. I knew the pool wasn’t in use anymore, so I wasn’t too bothered about that. The breakfast option was not necessarily my favourite, perhaps I had higher expectations because of my previous accommodations in Venice but it was just a croissant and coffee, had I known this beforehand I would have chosen a no breakfast option and just popped over to a local cafe. Everything else was fine, I would just like to suggest that the wifi password is left in the individual rooms. There was a small paper in reception that had it but I didn’t take a picture while we were checking in cos I figured it would be in the room. When we got back to our room around 5 PM the reception was basically closed (closes at 3) but there was a manager who managed to write it down for us but it was incorrect, so we went the whole night without it. It wasn’t a major deal, would just be nicer for the next person if the details are there.

The place is in a nice location near Lido Beach. The rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and even printed off some train tickets for us when we asked.

Only small things - the room is a little warm even in autumn. You can also hear noises from neighbours at times.

The check in and check out are perfect.N7ce Design and great location. Everything was wonderful.

Elegant neighborhood, very friendly, helpful staff ( Ms King)Easy to reach Piazza San Marco by vaporetto within 15-20 minutes away. Good bars, cafes & shops nearby. Grounds well kept, pools were closed for the winter season (Oct)Rooms/ suite well furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cozy living room with little kitchette & private rooftop patio.Perfect for a family or couple, so nice & quiet

Very good location, away from the Venice craziness and a 10 min walk to/from the vaporetto.

The rooms are a little bit tired and need some refreshment. We didn’t like the carpet in the bedrooms. Swimming-pool out of order.

The furniture was old Venetian style, very beautiful! Very beautiful lamps, tabels, bed...Terrace with sea view

The windows were dirty.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment, great size. 10 minute walk to ferry and restaurants nearby. The pool was big and lots of space round the pool. No issues during our stay.

The hotel definitely requires renovation. The rooms are large but have old furniture, all is old, including ACs that are there from 1960. The stuff is very nice and helpful, they contacted me directly to let me know about late check-in procedure, very nice folks.

The facilities, rooms style, rooms lack basic tools like spoons, knives, etc.

We were able to walk from the ferry. The beach is across the street. Close to everything. The pool was nice, good size. Lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were dated

Big plus is the large pool. Location close to the beach is perfect and apartments are very big. Also the aircon worked very well which was needed as it as very hot in august.

Rooms can do with a proper clean and some renovation. Also the pool needs looking after and a deep cleanse.
