Could not want a better location, 3 min walk from Rialto, easily accessible by public or private water transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was large with plenty of storage and a lovely outlook to the small canal below. Bathroom a little on small side but with a bath, floor heating and excellent fittings. We spent a lovely few hours in the spa/sauna. Breakfast options were varied and fresh.

Central location, beautiful hotel, our room had a lovely terrace with a nice view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very nice selection for breakfast.

This is my second visit. I love the location, the decore and all tge facilities specially that it is located in the center and very close to rialto bridge and san marco square. The breakfast here is very delicious.

Room was huge and comfortable with a king size bed. Bathroom with a full bath and shower (bit small). Linens were clean and large.

On the canal you hear some noise from delivery boats in the early morning.

Everything is great for a holiday for two! Not a bad breakfast, a bit modest, but delicious and surprisingly friendly staff! The location is convenient for visiting everything interesting.

The windows are very old, which is of course very authentic, but they don't close tightly and you can hear everything that's going on outside. Loading and unloading boats starting at 5:00 a.m., songs of late tourists at 2:00 a.m....

Beautiful hotel close to the Rialto bridge and only a few minutes from San Marco square. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable and very quiet. Great experience.

Great location only ten minute walk to St. Mark’s square. Excellent front desk and wait staff were always ready to help. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Although the room was comfortable and well appointed, it was very very small for the price, with just enough room to navigate around the bed. There were no drawers for folded clothes. Hanging space only.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet choice was brilliant, despite the extra costs for certain items.

For the price point, I would have expected the water to be replenished daily in the rooms, free of charge. Also, paying for extras on the breakfast menu was quite unusual when compared to other city accommodations I have stayed in.The room we had did seem slightly small for a Superior double, and on reviewing the photos on Booking.com, it certainly didn't look as big as the ones on the listing. Also, there was minimal natural light in the room, which I struggled with. But to be fair, I should have mentioned it all during my stay.

Location and facilities were excellent.

The day before our departure the room was not cleaned ? !! We had to contact the reception to have it done. It is something unusual. It was a bad experience.

Great and peasfull location, very close to garnd canal and St.Marcus square. Very cofortable bed and nice equiped room. Good breakfast.

Nessesary to pay extra for some breakfast dishes. Ex. freshly boiled egg by your taste is 3,5€ per unit.

The room had a tilted floor — it wasn’t straight. It was big but long and narrow. Decor in dark red was a bit much. Lavish but not warm / cosy
