Good location however some room views are virtually non existent so the room has no natural light.

Our view of was a wall of the building infront of us, less than 1 metre away, so barely any natural light at all!

A comfortable stay with a positive overall experience the breakfast and the suite was amazing with the canal view

A/C was poor to mediocre. It had probably iced up from the humidity.

The location is amazing. City center, directly at the ferry stop, private transport available too, safe, clean, funky style. GREAT breakfast included.

The shower was teenie tiny and difficult to maneuver in. Good luck shaving your legs ladies unless you're a contortionist! But great water pressure. They had weird scented toilet paper (that was a new one) which we hated and it definitely bothered my bestie's balance. We had to go buy our own unscented at the shops so if perfumed things like that bother you be prepared.

Incredible location with view of Rialto bridge and a beautifully ornate room. Great help from the staff when we left some things behind which they were able to forward to us.

Great location is just the beginning. We had a room with canal view with round bed facing canal and the quality and attention to detail in the room was outstanding. Comfortable bed and great shower!

The location in the staff are key. Very friendly and helpful.

There were only two things that take away a star. Our room had an amazing view and was perfect except they could’ve warned us that we were going to have a round bed. It might be cool, but it’s just not that comfortable. The walls are also pretty thin. I’m not sure where the sound was coming from but we could hear people talking pretty clearly especially from our bathroom.Also, they do not have a kitchen available. They do the very best they can, but you have to order your food the day before. Sometimes you just don’t know what you want for breakfast… I hate to waste food. It definitely would not stop me from staying there again.

We liked the location, the staff, wonderful breakfasts, and the beautiful room.

The only dislike is that the air conditioning had been turned off for the season but it was still very much needed as our room was musty and damp. We were told that the government makes the hotels turn off the air conditioning on October 12 or so. We checked with nearby hotels and this was not the case as their air-conditioning was still on. We were given a Dyson fan and opened the window to get ventilation but halfway through the night there was a bad sewage smell and mosquitoes had entered the room so we had to close the window. Everything else was wonderful but we should have been warned by Booking.Com or received an email from the hotel to let us know that the air conditioning system will be turned off on a certain date. We never would’ve stayed there.

Location. Efficient, helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. Staff arranged transportation from the cruise port and to the airport. Timely and efficient. Staff helpful in excursion plans.

The location and staff service was exceptional! Room had all the necessary modern amenities in a classic Venetian decor.King bed was huge and very comfortable.

Best location in Venice. Hotel was great. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we had while in Italy. I would highly recommend if you travels take to Venice. I know we will be back.

Nothing. Everything from water taxi to the bridge is right outside your door.

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location right in front of the ferry stop and the ponte di realto. If you want to stay in Venice I'd highly recommend here.

We didn't stay long enough.

We received royal treatment at EGO’ Hotel. We had multiple family birthday celebrations in Venice and the hotel contacted us and helped make our stay extra special by ordering flowers, wine, cake and gondola tour reservations before our stay. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean, view of a Grand Canal was amazing! We ordered breakfast in the room and it was super fresh, nutritious and delicious! Special thanks to our room service lady (sorry I forgot the name) for bringing a birthday cake with a candle and singing a birthday song to my husband - truly a mice moment of care, made our day very special from the very beginning! Thank you!!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Being in eyesight of the Rialto Bridge puts you in the center of the main Venice island.

Everyone likes a larger shower, but otherwise, the facility was excellent.

Location was amazing; it is in a beautiful old building right on Grand Canal decorated with old Venetian charm. Breakfast was excellent.
