You can walk to Santa Lucia Train Station, and take advantage of the nearby water-bus stop to visit the rest of Venice. The rooms at the Sant'Andrea are functional and comfortable. Some rooms are en suite and some share a bathroom. A shared lounge area with a TV is available. Pets are strictly prohibited in the breakfast room.

Don't not use elevator. Walk is nor comfortable. Loud outside occasionally.
