‏Perfect location, close to shopping streets and great restaurants. It was the perfect base to explore the city with family

Wonderful hotel with a really nice restaurant with lovely canal outdoor seating. We stayed in the family suite with the king size bed and 2 singles. Very spacious and the deco is very Venetian!! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for all the top sights. Would totally recommend.

No A/C in rooms, might get hot in the summer.

Everything in the room was very old and badly worn. It was NOT like the pictures online at all. The heated towelbar in the bathrrom was rusty and broken on high. Also, who knows when the last time they put bleach in the spa tub and ran the jets. The fabric walls were stained all over. The furniture was chipped. I will not be returning!

I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The hotel’s photos look much better than reality. It was ok to have a place to sleep but one would not want to stay there any longer than needed. The mattress was not very comfy and there was no nice lobby area.

Hotel location OK but very difficult to find without Google/Apple Maps! Be warned if you arrive late at night, you will have to get a water taxi to0 get you as close as possible to the hotel or walk a long way across Venice. Hotel staff friendly, breakfast OK but not great.

If you get a "standard" room facing into the courtyard it will be noisy from the air conditioning unit in the yard and there is nothing you can do about that. If you want a quiet room you'll have to pay more for a room on the front of the hotel. Beds are just OK but nothing to write home about.

We couldn't lock our door easily, you had to twist it right at the perfect angle for it to lock. While the room was fine the hallway and elevator were a bit run down, not too bad but it's not the nicest to see cleaning supplies around every corner.

Convenient location, not far from a vaporetto or food. Room was quite large and the amenities were good.

The breakfast wasn’t how we expected. That was very poor in comparison with the hotels star rank!

The hotel is a small, cosy one, with quality stuff.Everyone is very polite, and they have quality service Breakfast was under expectations, and I waited 1 hour to serve the main course at dinner time.The room is spacious and beautiful, but the tapestry Is stained? What can I say about the towels… ? those are antique. The bathroom is new, but the shower is not working correctly. I consider that the property needs better maintenance and better food for breakfast.

Rooms were cleaned daily. When asked for a mosquito repellent, the staff provided us with one.Fantastic location 5 mins away from San Marco key Venice hotspots. Gondolier opposite the hotel. Beautiful location and an incredible church with relics of st Zechariah and st Athanasius the Great. Also a stone throw away from the historic Greek Orthodox Church where we attended a Divine Liturgy.

Double bed was two single beds which were not even clamped together and kept moving apart during the night causing me to fall in between it interrupting sleep and comfort. Room was much smaller than the photographs made them out to be. Breakfast was extraordinarily expensive considering the menu. I wanted to order room service for my husband’s birthday breakfast and couldn’t call through to reception, as staff downstairs were constantly on the telephone line, the breakfast price of €30 for two people only included yoghurt and cereal, which is unreasonably expensive compared to getting breakfast elsewhere in Venice, hence we didn’t have any. No mosquito net on window and despite plug in mosquito repellant we were bitten from head to toe!!! The room was very warm, so we had to keep the window open throughout the night, the air con wasn’t efficient.

Location. Big rooms. Housekeeping daily. Nearby (5 min walk) to boat drop off. Restaurants nearby

Mould in bathroom (around bathtub seal) and corner of rooms and roof. Room scent/perfume very musky and unappealing. Lift tiny and small. Use of stairs was like a maze. Front reception staff (referring to 1 staff member who checked us in) was unsure of many things relating to tourist attractions and said we had to pay taxes in cash but that wasn’t the case

It was clean and the location was great!Decorated very nicely. It was very secure.

It stated Elevator however you had approximately 23 steep steps to get to the elevator . It was echoing so when the staff came in - it disturbed our sleep at 8 am

Big room, fridge with alcohol (not free), big bed.

The windows were all closed. Feels like in underground.
