Hotel is very good and very clean

Reception staff mislead us when we checked in staff told me we storage your luggage free of charge until 5pm but check out day staff charge 18.00 for 3 hours this thing gives us bad experience money is not problem but misleading is problem

The room was the most palatial and finely decorated room we have every stayed in.

While booking I selected that we had 2 kids & 2 adults, but when we arrived at the hotel they said we only booked a room for 2 people so they had to charge us $---, even though the room was the exact same and our kids slept on the pullout.

Very spacious studio apartment for a family of 4!

We stayed in palazzo paruta apartment 603, highly highly recommend it's amazing. Very spacious, beautiful windows and balcony overlooking the square. Clean, comfortable and pretty good location, although a touch tricky to get to but doable.

Our Room is very small. It only have room for a bed and nothing else. No table nor chair. It is made to lay down and sleep.

What a beautiful place to stay!!! We loved the intimacy of our room and the style. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also me and my boyfriend’s 2 year anniversary and the staff made the effort to put rose petals on our bed! It was an amazing location and only a 3 minute walk from the saint angelo water taxi, very convenient!! We will definitely be returning.

Such an interesting hotel! We stayed ima spectate building a block away, which overlooked the square. We had a balcony, and could drink coffee while watching locals go about their day. Huge apartment in a very old building, which was so interesting, and a great kitchen. Really made us feel embedded in Venice.

Palazzo Paruta is in a quiet location of Venice. Easy access using Campo San Angelo water station on arrival. All the sights are within walking distance. Beautiful setting for breakfast with friendly staff.

My Family stayed at Palazzo Paruta last week for my daughter's 30th birthday. It is our second visit. It is an absolutely stunning hotel in a perfect location. The staff are attentive and helpful and nothing is too much. The rooms are incredible - so sumptuous and opulent. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel

Maybe a a couple more plug sockets in the room.

We had the princess room which surpassed our high expectations. The main chef guy for breakfast was amazing, very friendly and charismatic.

The male reception staff member was a little weird, maybe pretentious. Whenever I asked something he acted like he didn’t understand or that it was a weird question. He gave a minimal answer. The female reception staff member was great however.

Excellent location, just off the most busy streets to be calm, but only a step away from everything.(To be accurate: We stayed in a separate apartment just off the hotel, with its own jacuzzi - it was great value for money)

The hotel was stunning!! The room was very comfortable. Valentina at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She helped us with whatever we needed. The included breakfast was so nice! We loved this hotel! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in this apartment. Although it was clean, there were a few minor repairs and issues that needed to be addressed. The location was great but the unit could not compare to the other places we stayed at during our trip. Bad energy on my part and not senior friendly. But my adult children really liked it. In my opinion, It's not worth the price.

The room was adequate and the staff at the bar and at breakfast were great.

After checkout, we realized we left an item at the hotel because we could track its location. It was too late to go back so we called the front desk and multiple receptionists said they would have a staff member collect it and call us back. We never received a call back and so call back multiple times and go no help. Then we tracked the item leave the next day and be taken to an apartment building right outside of Venice. Presumably it would seem like a resident of the area (possibly an employee) has taken them and we’ve received no help from the hotel. It’s not their fault we left it, but the way they handled it was poor and slightly suspicious. I wouldn’t stay there again because of it

The property was very charming. Very chic, elegant, cosy exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly attentive. We especially enjoyed the gourmet breakfast every day with the attentive chef who was outstanding..

The only thing I would improve is the air-conditioning in the room was OK but it could be cooler
