- Where to begin… the check in process was super simple and the staff gave us an upgrade to a room that overlooked the nearby plaza. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day and the coffee was delicious. We were in Venice for a wedding and spent several evenings on the rooftop balcony and front courtyard. Anthony took time to get us plates, drinks, and snacks for the kids present. We grabbed pasta the night after the wedding and ate in the courtyard outside the hotel. When Anthony found out our friends were celebrating their wedding, he gave us a bottle of prosecco, and went and purchased us all tiramisu; they weren’t even guests at the hotel, but he made us all feel so welcome. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the city center for easy walking. Anthony: you are a gem of a man, thank you for making our trip so special.

- Booking.com said the rooms had AC and we didn't ? ?Also pictures of the place are very deceiving on booking.com. The room was much smaller than depicted in the pictures. We were very disappointed ☹️

It was quite well located, staff was super nice, cleanand the room was beautiful and comfortable! The staff was always extra helpful and communicative
Fiorita had a perfect location, it was extremely clean, it was very comfortable and quite at night although it was right in the center of the city. Breakfast was delicious and had enough variety of food. Staff was amazing, we are thankful for their hospitality and help. We loved everything about this place and we would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location within easy walking distances to sites, restaurants, shopping, and Valporetto. We dealt very safe and comfortable. The staff was phenomenal- especially Anthony who helped tremendously to really enhance our visit, giving us unforgettable moments while in Venice (and provided special accommodations for a sick day)! Thank you so much for a perfect stay!
What a wonderful, hidden gem! A charming and comfortable place to stay where it feels like family. Anthony and all of the staff were caring, helpful and amazing. The breakfast is absolutely perfect and delightful. Location is close to everything! Venice is so unique and enjoyable. Loved it!!
Be sure to get off at the San Angelo water taxi stop, not San Marco. We made that mistake and got lost for a while! This was not the hotel's fault! As a matter of fact they were so kind after we finally arrived that Anthony gave us a drink and snacks and sent us up to the roof top to watch the sunset and relax. So beautiful and calming!
The property was well located to get to Venice’s main sites. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean with everything that we needed. Also, there is a square very close by with shops and restaurants. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic and did lots of extras to make our stay quite special. We really appreciated the included breakfast and the outdoor seating location as a bonus.
Everything was perfect! The rooms are well -appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quiet but central to everything. I would stay here again!
Great location, beautiful, cozy and charming hotel. Fantastic service, staff went out of their way to be helpful. We recommend Locanda Fiorita!
We have no complaints.
Changed sheets every day, nice staff, very good breakfast and nice view from the window (room no. 10)
After cleaning there was a wet tower left on the floor. Might be quite small room for you, prepare yourself. Not too small, but definitely limited space.
Breakfast was great, staff was the friendliest of our whole trip, location was excellent
bathroom was too small
Excellent location, close to the sights but away from the super touristy areas, so it was pretty quiet.
Venice hotels are often on crowded streets claustrophobic but not this one! This hotel fronts a large quiet plaza where you can take your morning coffee and breakfast. Anthony is fabulous love him Luka was so so helpful all the staff are great with restaurants suggestions just wonderful! Breakfast was nice and relaxing.
The bathroom in our room was very small. So a longer stay would have been cumbersome 3 nights was absolutely fine. Wish they had laundry service.
The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well looked after and their roof top terrace is the perfect place to have a sun downer. Location is central and easy to get to once you arrive from the train, just a 20 minute boat ride, 5 minute walk and you are there.
Our room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious!
The room and bathroom are very small. My husband is a big man and it was tricky moving around, especially in the bathroom.
The location was great, close enough to the sights but far enough away from crowds.
The room was exceptionally small.
Venice is an awesome city. Enjoyed the hotel. Room is tight quarters. Clean. Pretty.
Better directions to find the hotel. It was very difficult.
Location is excellent. Watched the youtube video pre arrival to work out how to find the place - otherwise that could have been very challenging. Amazing facilities on your door step and visited the local restaurant and bars recommended by the very friendly and helpful reception staff - all were excellent. Laid back authentic accommodation.
We were lucky in that the weather was lovely so we could breakfast on the terrace outside the hotel. If it was raining / cold etc, the alternative is in your room. This is fine but wouldn't be for everyone. Facilities are more than adequate but more functional than boutique.
It was a beautiful looking hotel in a lovely location . Rooms were very clean and perfect for the 2 of us . We had a twin room and private bathroom and we were very happy with our choice . The exterior of the hotel is just picture perfect the wisteria was in full bloom and you could smell it as you walked under it . Breakfast was served outside daily and it was a good breakfast ,Coffee orange juice fruit pasties and plentiful . It was a 10 min walk to st marks square and there were plenty of ice cream shops and cafes and restaurants to eat and drink at . Lots of beautiful squares to sit in and beautiful churches everywhere we went . We had the best pizzas and I enjoyed the espressos in the quaint bars lots of atmosphere .
There was nothing at allWe didn’t like .
