The room didn’t look anything like the pictures!

The location of this room is incredible - we spent lots of time just sitting at the window watching life on the canal sail past! Very pretty room and good and clever furniture for a family of 3 to use comfortably. The breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Absolutely love your storage service after checkout - a lifesaver!

The shower is very low and a bit hard to use and I think the bathroom needs some more storage and more hooks to make it more easily usable.

Great location, yet quite. The staff was kind.

The shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom and the toilet was weirdly positioned behind the door. The bed pillows were very thin and hard. The AC was pretty loud.

Nice room, quiet area but close to Strada Nova, all very clean and good value

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the facility manager(Kavinda), who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. He kindly arranged an early check-in, helped us store our luggage before check-in, and gave us great local guidance to explore the area. His support and hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Thank you for the excellent service!

No view at all and no air con. Had to borrow a fan.

Bed was comfortable, location was great, good shower, heater in the room and bathroom. Plenty of towels and toilet roll etc provided.

The door is literally on the street, you open the door to the bed. The door is difficult to lock and even when closed has a crack so it's never fully closed. Unfortunately because the room is on the street you hear everyone passing, all conversations outside, you can hear upstairs people moving, and next doo4

I was very pleased with Nicoló's kindness and friendliness. I was given a well-designed and furnished room where I had a pleasant time. The guesthouse is in a great location, right next to Strada Nuove, which is easily accessible from the Fundamenta Nuove boat station with a 15-minute walk.

The accommodation was very good in many ways, they have almost every essentials from the fridge, small locker that is the size of iPhone or passport. towels, and hair dryers. The room was big and the bed was conformable in general. Also, the location was really good as San Marco was 20min away in walking distance and there are also ample food stores, gelato shops nearby. Then, the coop (supermarket) was only 3min walk from the accommodation so it was so easier to get the essential needs like water and breakfast (however this supermarket closes around 9.00-9.30pm). The accommodation also had a good and fast wifi service in the room.

The room was hot (like humid hot) and the air conditional was not working well. However, the good thing is that the heater worked well.Also, there were no cups and spoons for drinks so the visitors had to bring their own supplies for their drinks. Then, the locker was small to store an iPad, it was only the size of a passport.

The Location

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Although it’s in a decent location, finding the hotel was challenging, as it’s tucked away and not well-signposted. After finally arriving, and since no one was at the reception after 2 pm, they left us a message but the keys were missing, which led to a stressful and frustrating check-in process.The room itself was not as advertised. We paid extra for a twin bed, but we ended up with something different, which was disappointing. The furniture and bathroom both felt old and in dire need of renovation, which took away from any sense of comfort.Adding to the discomfort, Venice gets quite warm during the day, so we asked if we could have the air conditioning turned on. We were told that AC is only available during the summer months, which made our stay unpleasant in terms of temperature control.

Great location, beautiful room - larger than expected

The people that worked there were kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was adequate. It is a quiet location away from all the busy streets.

Our bathroom flooded with canal water which was horrible. They moved us to a basic and tired room on the second floor. The flooding was happening in various parts of the city, which is certainly unfortunate for this little hotel.t

I didn’t like the bathroom. Bunk bed was not safe. Also the front of three place and breakfast area was not clean. I wanted to cancel the reservation as I didnt like the facility at all and I called booking.com but didn’t get response so ended up staying there. My stay in Venice was not pleasant at all.

A fairly basic room but perfectly adequate as a base for exploring Venice.Friendly staff. Very convenient for easy access to all the sights.Breakfast on the first day was excellent however the second day the croissant and breads were quite stale.We would stay there again.

Comfortable beds and very good location!
