Palazzo San Lorenzo

The hotel was a disaster. There was no air conditioning in the room it was broken. The hotel was very dirty and our room was infested with bugs. My fiancé and I got many bed bug bites all over our body. We have many pictures to prove it.

Love the clean rooms and the staff at the front desk was very accommodating and very resourceful. Everything we needed help with, they were able to give a solution. The bedroom was quite and roomy. Would love to stay there again.

The staff where very friendly and highly informative. Rooms where very clean and well equipped.

Nothing to fault

Location was great in all directions. We loved that it was 'tucked away' from the real traffic but close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and did some special things I asked like having Prosecco chilling in the room when we arriv

I have been to Italy a couple times previously and this was my third trip to Venice and I felt that the breakfast that was offered was mediocre compared to others. There was a lot of 'packaged' items and things that were not the best, including hot items

Location was perfect. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was exceptional. All staff were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to come back on our next trip!

Nice, modern, clean, fantastic shower, good location - kind of tucked away from the crowds but still very accessible to the main square.

The location was perfect... staff was attentive and very helpful with all of our needs. Honestly, i just loved where we were at... it has the old Venice feel. The breakfast was great and served with a smile. Our upgraded room was perfect for our stay.

1st time to Italy. I have nothing to compare it to. It was clean, roomy, good breakfast, and near many attractions.

Paid for breakfast with our booking but were informed at check-in that breakfast wasn’t served until 8:00 which would be too late as we has an early departure. Then when we came down to check out the next day a bit earlier than 8am we discovered breakfast was actually being served. I commented that breakfast was being served staff commented there was a large party and then that we could have breakfast but it was done in a way that made us feel unwelcome even though there was plenty of space. We were rushed and did not enjoy the meal and I felt we were cheated.

The bathroom cabinet flushing system kept pouring water, but the guys were ready to help at any moment to fix it.

It was in a great location. Convenient to walk everwhere. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Arriving at the hotel was a wonderful relief. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Location is great, 5 min walk to San Marco, 10 min to Rialto. Wine bars, restaurants, grocery all within 5 min walk - while tucked away from the most crowded streets. Very nice staff/service.

The room layout could include a table. Coffee could be replenished daily.
