The location was great and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! It was a great stay!

THE SIZE OF THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT. ALSO BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. THE LOCATION OF THE ROOM WAS WONDERFUL.

The location and felt safe exploring on my own at times.

No bathroom counter space for toiletries.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was in the prime spot, right on the grand canal. I also liked the breakfast! Very nice!

The AC wasn’t strong at all- felt very warm in the room even with it on. The bathroom was very awkward shaped and super tiny…did not look like the pictures online, so I was surprised when we walked in the door to be honest

The location is unreal. You step out onto the streets and you’re right in front of the Rialto bridge and a short walk to the Piazza. If you’re catching a vaparetto from the airport the stop is over the other side of the river so you’ll have to carry your luggage up stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful 24/7. The room was dark which we didn’t mind!

Breakfast was very average.

Breakfast was nice, coffee was insanely fantastic! The staff were super helpful and the bed was comfy. Location is superb for being a step away from the Canal and the main hub of the area but also quiet enough making it feel like you are further away from the hustle and bustle

Rooms have very thin walls. On the first day we wanted to nap in the afternoon after our travel and it was a little noisy outside the halls so it was a little disturbing. However, this did not affect us during the night. It was just a one off. We went in November, floors are cold ? so think about taking some thick socks or bed slippers with you.

The location was exceptional! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Some funny issues with the room. Like one light that could not be turned on, and another that could not be turned off! The room was pleasant enough but seemed rather shoddily put together.

Great location, Clean enough, lovely friendly staff, simple but adequate continental breakfast.

The sink was leaking and had to be fixed, the aircon didn’t work was told to open window, bed broke.

Perfect location, approx 5 mins walk from Rialto bridge and boat drop off. Reasonably comfortable.

Tiny, fairly dark room. Felt a little run-down - especially for the price, but Venice is expensive so price comment might not be fair.

The hotel is very well located close to the Rialto bridge in the San Polo neighborhood. An area very crowded during the day, in the nights is peaceful. Many museums, restaurants and shops are very near. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is of a good size. Attentive staff. The breakfast is offered at staggered times, to avoid overcrowding the area. It has an elevator, which is expected at this price point.

The bathroom shows some early signs of age, as the area near to the washbasing was peeling off, not ok for a room at this price point. Other than that, the place was ok.

Great location and view, clean room.

The Italian blonde lady in the restaurant during breakfast was very rude , kept on shouting , didn't want to make more than one hot beverage, didn't want to fill the missing items and overall ruined the mood, AC was weak , the bed wasn't comfortable at all.

The position of the hotel was Fantastic and that’s what you’re paying for.

The breakfast was poor, lack of choice and quantity, There was no iron in room.

In my opinion, the furniture does not meet the expectations of a boutique hotel. But that's my personal opinion and others may see it differently.

The location was great, the staff were wonderful-friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was good. We’d gladly stay here again.

Our room was quite small. There wasn’t really any place to sit except on the bed

Bathroom was very dark. The black sink showed water stains which made it appear to be a little dirty. Also some soap scum on the glass shower.

The location near the Rialto Bridge was very accessible to all the historical attractions and transpiration services (Alilaguna and Vaporetto). The breakfast was a nice touch each morning. Our room was as described. The bathroom was spacious. The staff was the star of the Hotel. Each staff member was extremely courteous and helpful.

The shower walls/glass doors look attractive but functionally they are not good. They were hard to keep closed during a shower and we worried about putting water on the floor.
