- The hotel is located 20 minutes from the Realto bridge and 9 minutes from the train station.On the quiet plaza.Updated, modern, spacious rooms and facilities. Very clean. Soundproofed. I had a good night sleep. AC works perfect, you can control the temp.

- The location is terrible. You have to walk insanely far to see attractions, and the immediate area is very dirty and covered in graffiti- in America we would avoid these areas. The staff was very rude, by the end had me in tears.

The room had enough space for all of us.
The location is terrible. You have to walk insanely far to see attractions, and the immediate area is very dirty and covered in graffiti- in America we would avoid these areas. The staff was very rude, by the end had me in tears.

Amazing place to stay. Exceptional customer service . In Italy we ran into poor customer service everywhere. This place went above and beyond on everything. Breakfast and amenities were top notch
