- Our glass shower door was missing a panel which made it cold and water splashed everywhere. Heater did not work. Comforter was very thin and there was no blankets. Closet has broken mirror panels. Head board fabric was ripped. No alive person to help.
- This is a total scam. Found three hidden cameras. Went out to eat dinner came back the front door was locked and nobody available to open the door. We spent the night on the bench in front of the hotel. Check out time is 7 am, of course it didn?t matter

The location, the pools, the clean room, the very good breakfast buffet, the spectacular view.
Access to room without elevators was difficult. Bed was very hard.
