Cons -

No WiFi as advertised. I asked the staff for assistance and they directed me to someone else instead of addressing the issue themselves. Also the AC was broken, but by the time we realized it, it was so later that we just dealt with it.
It is a lot of steps to rich the room floor , there is no elevator . Hard both with baggage and without him. It had to be specified before . During my vacation, I used 4 Hotels and only in "Grand Canal Suites" access to room was exactly at 3 o'clock
