- Comfortable beds, great location right next to the metro.

- All members of the hotel staff were extremely friendly, and accommodating. Above everything I'd say they are the standout for me.
Cons -
- Wifi was almost non existent, barely came up on the wifi list. They offer to lend routers for a 20 Euro deposit ( I mean, really...what year is this!) Somehow this was ranked a 3.5 star...never seen a best western in the states beyond 2.5. staff was rude

- The street the hotel is on, looks a bit dismal at first. The redeeming thing here, is it's very close to the area around boxhagener platz, which is quite fun.
