- Very clean, spacious rooms. Hotel staff was very nice

- I want to acknowledge  who has gone above and beyond to problem solving about the air conditioning problem and his customer service skill is excellent! the other staff who was working in morning was helpful and accommodating! staff are great.
Cons -
- No coffee in rooms, far from downtown, but close enough to train station.
- The room was too hot no air conditioning as advertised Had to open window This to me is not a 4 star hotel Also bedding is bad. All you get is a thick comforter thing half size and it is too hot to us3 it
