- It was a terrible experience. Broken jacuzzi and sauna. Manager and front desk supervisor were both rude and need to learn about customer service. The hotel is FILTHY! The carpet is worn, stained and stinky. Go somewhere else!!!
-  Rent Boys tend to sneak into the hotel and use the top floor facilities for free (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room & Gym) while guests have to pay a high rate to stay in this hotel. I called the reception to complain and I was told to call back later.
